Called the store aksed the guy to open up the box for a filter to see if it had the correct holes. He refused, had to waste a trip just to confirm it was the wrong part

How can they run out of a basic oil funnel? Its their "Wittdtjr" item. So I had to buy the only thing that was available, which was a 3 pack funnel for like 10 bucks, now I have 2 other funnels that I will never use due to its size.

Last night my battery died while I was at a gas pump. After a jump, I drove to Auto Zone for assistance and Chris was awesome. He offered to install the new battery for me without hesitation despite the fact that the temperature outside was falling fast. Thank you for being awesome Chris!

Super friendly customer service when I called to check stock on a battery. When I arrived, Joseph who took my initial phone call was the one who helped me in store and then came out to do the battery change. My battery was VERY corroded and Joseph needed a second pair of hands. Both he and his coworker (or manager? not sure) worked on my car for nearly an hour working to get my old battery disconnected. Not a single complaint was heard the entire time and they fixed up my car to get it running. Thanks guys, I appreciate you and I will be back for my auto needs! :)

I just wanted to show my appreciation for this location. Douglas and Marissa (I think that's her name) were amazing. My battery was so corroded that they couldn't get it off. They put so much effort into helping us and got us back on the road. Words cannot express the gratitude.

I own a painting company and do a lot of driving. My truck has been running rough, dying at stops and ha worse gas mileage than usual. I stopped by Auto Zone inLiberty Hill and picked out some fuel cleaner. Rodrigo checked me out and suggested I buy two containers of Sea Foam and put one in my gas. Within 10 minutes my truck was idling smooth and running great! Thanks Rodrigo!!! Great store!

Incompetent service!! Because of their mistake it cost me money and time. Double check the parts before you decide to leave the store. Will not be coming back.
