The last few time I have went in to the store it was an awful experience. The first time I went in I had talked to a lady named Tracy asked her where a few things were in the store and the response I got was negative with an attitude not a very friendly manager.The next time I went in was pretty much the same thing with the lady named Ginger I mean I don’t understand why they pick a job if they’re not customer friendly definitely not a place I would go with more than once or on occasion. Very disappointing.

Really bad service cashiers was very rude kept saying stores closing 20 minutes b4 closing following me around them got to check out n they walked away then yelled out 2 times that I had insufficient funds so embarrassing then" Deb" one of the clerks said to another..maybe we might get outta here tonight....just really disrespectful workers on night shift

You save very little at save a lot. Prices are not cheaper. Walmart and Kroger has better buys.

I thought Save A Lot meant save a lot , the prices were way to high OMG , never thought I would say this but Walmart is the best way to go.

This store has some pretty good prices for certain items. One thing I will not be buying again from here is any kind of meat. I am appalled at the quality of meat left out for customers to not only see but purchase. Overall Mansfield in general is a mess when it comes to customer service.

My receipt shows my cashiers name was Marty. She was seriously the sweetest! I was such a pain in the a** and took up so much of her time. My daughter dropped a glass jar that broke and my cart was entirely too full. At no point did she act inconvenienced or rude to us. The other staff that was around were also amazing. Anymore I find it difficult to be in situations like this because most people are just rude and short tempered. I was thankful for their patience with us and we saved a lot of money on our grocery adventure.

Low cost groceries. Great prices if you are careful informed shopper. Have shopped there in Florida and here. Meat is not bad if you know how to cook and use spices.

The selection of some things is real slim but ok value shopping for basics. The store was clean & well organized. As with any grocery store some things will be cheaper here & some more expensive. The tomatoes could have been more fresh. I wanted a bag of potatoes but they were out. The cashier was very helpful & friendly. Paper bags are 10 cents, plasric 3 cents so scavenge the store as you shop for boxes or bring your own if you don't want to buy bags.
