As with most of my reviews I try to comment on the cleanliness of the store restroom. Most Kroger facilities seem to get neglected. This Lexington Ave Kroger is surprisingly well kept. No odor and the porcelain and chrome are obviously cleaned by someone that takes pride in their work. I'd only suggest they use a urinal floor mat. Great prices

Other than being so cold inside all the time, year 'round.. they have great deals on items weekly!

I ordered subs and a veggie trays from the Deli and it was fantastic!! The subs were delicious and the veggies perfect crisp and tasty!! I also ordered a cake from the bakery which was also delicious. I would highly recommend the cakes, veggies and subs!!!

Pick up has become more of a hassle than just lugging the toddlers into the store. My last two experiences were terrible. Last wk being the last time for me. Arrive home, middle of the grapes was a white clump of slimy/mold holding them all together. So old they held no shape and disintegrated easily, the grapes leaked through the bag onto the carpet in my trunk. They substitute and its totally off from what you expected or they wont have what you need and you're not alerted. Leaving no choice but to pack children into the car, head to store. Taking the kiddos inside anyways. Were all human I get that. I love kroger produce (if I pick it out inside) I'll never pick up from this location again. The last few trips have been so awful it seems purposeful at this point.

What's up with this Kroger? I stopped in Midday on a Tuesday becuase I needed a couple items and was in the area. I was near the Meijer but choose specifically to go to Kroger because I can't stand shopping at Meijer and I only needed about 5 items. What a mistake! I should have gone to Meijer. The produce section was in disgusting condition, with rotting produce on display. The salad wall was 75% empty. I needed a bag of baby spinach but was unable to procure one. They only had the plastic organic bins of baby spinach which is not what I wanted. I also wanted a specific type of low carb tortilla. They had every weird flavor available except the original one. I'm 0/2 at this point in the store. The seafood counter has an apocalyptic, hand-scrawled on butcher paper "CLOSED" sign. Glad I didn't want seafood but are you telling me this entire store doesn't have a printer? Where's the store manager? Hiding in his office? You can't be bothered to print out a "closed" sign for your shuttered seafood counter? The conditions of this store were shameful. I only ultimately got 3 of the 5 items I stopped by for. Based on my experience yesterday, I would go out of my way to go anywhere else. What a joke.

They get the orders wrong all the time. Overcharge on sales... ignore "no substitutes" and give me whatever. They're dumpster is better stocked. I eat out of it all the time. Stuff is fresher outback too.

Fantastic place and I love how they give back to the community! It's always nice to see a store making jobs where needed like how they redesigned the once convenient store just to give some contracting work to a local crack fiend! Five stars, would look for thyme for six hours again!

Why are we now required to bag our own groceries? Or force the cashiers to bag everything. I did my shopping for the week today and of course I had to bag my own stuff but a manager waltzes by chatting on her phone while myself and others were bagging. This is definitely a management problem the regular floor staff are always friendly. This has been going on for far too long. I guess I'll also notify the main office.
