The team at Royal Design is absolutely incredible - They have gone above & beyond to assist me and my husband over the years as he picked out my gorgeous engagement ring, my wedding band and subsequently another band for our first anniversary. Sherry and Sanaz are incredible! My family and I have been coming here for years and are never disappointed in their jewelry selection, service and attention to detail. Sanaz and Sherry are never pushy and always allow you to purchase at your own pace, they feel like family when you shop! I love working with Sanaz! There is no one better to tell you about diamonds and offer an opinion about what looks best...I normally always end up with something better than I expected. I'm happy to say my friends have come here to get engagement rings and they always rave to me how painless and easy it was and not scary. If you need a gift or an engagement ring, I always say check out Royal Design first and then compare, you won't find better.

What a fantastic jewelry store! I needed a few family heirloom rings cleaned, and Royal Design was happy to do it for free. I was totally fine with paying for the service, but it’s very nice of them to do it complimentary for rings not even purchased at RD. After the cleaning, we took a look at their beautiful jewelry selection, and talked to the staff about a few pieces. Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend.

My husband bought me my wedding ring here eight years ago. It was a custom braided band with a beautiful solitaire diamond. It was an absolutely gorgeous ring, but for our eighth year anniversary he wanted to upgrade it. We came back here and are very pleased with the ring once again. We were able to sell them back the old diamond & replace it with a bigger diamond and they also added a custom halo on the ring. My ring is absolutely gorgeous I couldn't be happier!!! They also beat all the prices of the other jewelers we have visited!

I have been in here a couple of times and the staff and show room is amazing! I am in the process of purchasing a diamond for them, I had a bad experience with another jewelry store in Tennessee where I live. I wish I would have took off work and just drove down and made my purchase here! They took time to educate us on how we were sold a over graded EGL diamond. I will add to this after my purchase with more great things I can say about them. I even referred my coworker to purchase from them and he call them today. I highly recommend them because of the transparency and they education they give you about what you are interested in.

I can't say enough about the wonderful team at Royal Designs. They were so helpful, friendly, and understood my style and what I was looking for right away. They provided many options until I found just the right setting to upgrade my engagement ring and band. They were also very respectful of my budget and did not try to oversell. Before coming to Royal I was already a fan because the engagement ring my husband bought me is incredible. When we came to shop for wedding bands Sanaz was so helpful and kind in helping us!
