Found the Jeep Wrangler I’ve been looking for at this dealership. Was ready to drive 3hrs to this dealership with a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with 8,000 miles on it, but they wanted to charge me an additional $1,000, down from $2,500, bc the Jeep Wranglers are so popular at the moment. Called a dealership near me & they said they would order it with no extra fee. The dealership near me agreed that it was morally repugnant especially with high percentage rates. Franklin/Sussex dealership should be ashamed of themselves! Lost a great sale over excessive greed.

BEWARE!!!! of the service department! they will sell you stuff your vehicle doesn't need, they add $30 anti squeak chemical to every brake job (total scam) I've been doing this 25 years and never had to use anti squeak, overcharge book time for repairs, charge you for stuff they didn't diagnose right the first time, replace parts that aren't needed to boost their numbers. employees are kind but they are forced to do these things by upper management. I've been in the auto repair business for over 25 years and can say Franklin Sussex Auto mall does all the things that make people wary of dealership service.

Franklin Sussex Auto Mall charged me $186. to diagnosed why my truck stalled when it stopped. they kept my truck one month charged me $2430, finally they called me my truck was fixed I paid it drove off the lot and within 1 to 2 minutes the first stop the engine stalled, they ruined my life by letting me take my truck on the road .the balance of the ride home was extremely stressful. I called the service manager and I agreed to have my truck towed back to sussex franklin auto mall now they say it's a computer problem $700. More, they seem to be incompetent and deceptive. Still waiting almost 2 months!. Caution very wrong from the start.they gave me grief I rate the Zero stars. In the 3rd month they finally called that my truck is done. Using Franklin Sussex auto mall has been a nightmare to me. James G.

I see them as a professional crew, - out to maintain the highest of standards. Hello, if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, you should really consider Franklin Sussex Auto Mall. The sales team was always friendly and courteous. Our salesman was kire he was awesome, he gave me great prices, but I still wanted him to do better. The sales manager then made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I highly recommend this dealership.

We just purchased our new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kire, and the entire experience was nothing short of professional and easy. We had an idea of what we needed, but no idea what we actually wanted. Kire worked with us, basically for his entire Saturday, and got us into the right car for our family. Even though this dealer is about an hour from my house, and I have one 15 from me, I will still choose to return here purely based off of the great experience I had. Great Job!
