Great experience since buying my Jeep! Everyone is outstanding! They keep getting better though. I had an issue with my brand new 22 leaking fluid. I noticed it late on a Thursday. I called first thing Friday morning and spoke to Patti. She was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep Wave Program, explaining how the car rental worked. I explained I had to work all weekend and needed to get back and forth to work without spending a fortune on car rental expenses. She asked I give her a few minutes to see what she could do. She got back on the phone and said to head over, she worked out a spot to fit me in. Patti was spot on with the repair time too! My car was in and out as promised. Pellegrino makes sure they take care of their customers! If you are shopping for a Jeep look no further!!! Great prices, great staff!!!!!!! Buy at Pellegrino!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Service!! Where do I even start… I’ve been in the market shopping for a new Jeep for months, and have visited 5 other Dealerships, hands down the service and employees were amazing! Every dealership tries to reel you in for a sale, but at Pellegrino the service felt genuine! Everyone had a positive attitude, they walked me through every step, every detail, and without having me feeling pressured to make a sale. I was able to truly make my decision without interruption. I’ve purchased and leased several vehicles in my life; I always dread the process and place it just below tax time! I searched three states over four months to find a Wrangler in Gobi Beige and finally found it online at Pellegrino. I immediately made an inquiry via their website and Anthony replied within the hour. Then, I was contacted by sales representative Patrick Brown and could tell he loves his job as he was engaged and knowledgeable. I indicated to Patrick that I was under a strict deadline and needed to move the process along very quickly. Within minutes, he took the time to supplement the website images with a video of the car both inside and outside the vehicle. The car was new and in perfect condition so I made the verbal commitment over the phone. Once in the showroom, Patrick worked diligently and expeditiously through the prepared paperwork and then took his time to share all of his Wrangler knowledge with me. Patrick Brown is the best sales representative I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car and will send all of my friends, colleagues, and family!

What an amazing experience at Jeep Pelligrino! I have nothing but great things to say! Being a first time buyer of a Jeep, this was totally different for me. My dream car was a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I purchased in early March with a lovely sales rep named Jennifer, she has been with the Pellegrino Jeep dealership for years and they are like a little family :). I knew exactly what I wanted and Jennifer did her best to make sure I got that! Jennifer is well informed, I highly suggest her as a sales rep when buying. The team is very communicative and the process was time efficient. I wanted cash back for my trade-in and got it with no hassle. As for my Jeep, I couldn’t be happier. Its certified pre-owned, I’ve had bad experiences with shopping and buying anything used so I was nervous about unforeseen issues. Everything has been good and anything that came up was handled under warranty or was typical maintenance after hitting a certain amount of miles. I made sure to participate in Pellegrino’s lube for life program and any service or product they offer outside of what I needed was for a good price. I received my first servicing which is located right next to the dealership. Online portal is convenient, availability was flexible and if your a waiter (stay during service) your not there all day! Had a light bulb issue, they fixed it with no problems, since I live far, I added an oil change, tire rotation, alignment. They found something else that needed to be handled, I was in and out in under two hours.

My experience was great. I walked in and Steve helped me with the process from start to finish. I was shown different options until I finally decided what I wanted. I finally decided which one I wanted the Grand Cherokee L. Steve and the others put it aside for me and got it all cleaned and all the paperwork ready. When I arrived back in on Monday the paperwork was already done and just needed to be signed. The process was simple and easy and I love my new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a Jeep.
