I used the water wand and it ripped the paint off of my 2015 Hyundai. I approached the grounds keeper and his first instinct was to point the finger and tell me it was my fault. Grey hair guy in the suv. Police report filed and will run through insurance. Let this review stagnate for your lack of professionalism. Owners response is that it’s unlikely the wand did it and to reach out, which I appreciate. However makes another assumption and says that my car came in like this. It wasn’t the roof! 😂 check your cameras again buddy. I don’t care about money. We’ll burn it to keep warm when the world ends. I have insurance for a reason. This is for your unprofessional employees and how you continue to make assumptions. Your guy could have come over looked at the damages. Inspected the equipment, gave me a contact number. And we could have worked this out! Instead I got nothing but back talk and had to handle this externally with Woodbury heights police as your guy peeled out of the parking lot. No further action needed. If your needed you’ll get a call.

Expensive & the car wash is ok at best even though I spent $16 thinking it'd be immaculate. The triple foamer sucks and took 5mins to cover my car. The vacuums are great due to the dual rehular and narrow heads.

Touchless, manual car wash. Best suited for car guys that don’t want brushes on their paint or recycled water. $3 to start is a little steep but the place is well maintained and clean so I will continue to return and give my business.

not so happy. vacuuming is difficult due to the dual vacuums. great idea. terrible suction. then thinking I could use an armor all sponge. I bought one. which didn't come out. so I had to buy another. fine. then I get a notification from my bank for two $10.00 holds for two $1.25 sponges... lordt knows I'm not going to be a happy camper if this place clears to take out $20.00.
