NOT A CORPORATE STORE!! Literally THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The "store manager" is inexperienced and unprofessional. There is a corporate store less than 15 minutes away at 15/Orchard Lake. Save yourself hours of unnecessary inconvenience.

The ladies did not know a lick about customer service. Must be nice to sit around and get paid to not know anything, watch TV, and look frustrated. I could of done everything online, but I needed help with my account being charged twice. They did not help me or communicate in the least bit.

Terrible experience. We purchased a sim card and device in another city and it would not work. We walked in there and there were 5 people working who said “anyone who knew what they were doing would not sell that to you” and refused to help us. They told us to call customer service, seemingly not understanding that they are customer service representatives themselves …

Terrible experience. Bad customer service. I am the business customers from last 15 years. Today I went to store for tmobile tuesday thanked gift. Refused to give me tobecause my tuesday app was not working. Tried to explain the issue but not ready to listen or help me out. It's technical issue from tmobile app store after upgrading my phone. They feel that we have a free time to stop by to their store for the free gift. I thought it's customer appreciation gift. They are more concerned about counting inventory rather than customers.

There’s always a wait and there’s no chairs. At least have some chairs for your waiting. Customers if your gonna have them wait 30 minutes.

Terrible experience. I’ll never come back to this T-Mobile store ever… and you shouldn’t either. Customer service is terrible. I was next in line and this new hire says sorry I need to get my log information as I don’t have it because i am new. I said okay. He then walks to the other side and starts helping another customer? I haven’t even explained what I needed and he moved on to the next customer. There was another associate who refers to people as “ bros”. Very unprofessional. The staff needs to have major training in customer service and professionalism. There were two men and one woman. Never coming back again.

I miss the other T-Mobile that was on the corner of Square Lake and Telegraph. I went in to this location before the holidays about the 'Free iPhone 13' and did not feel very welcomed. I went in again yesterday about getting a new phone and was told they were out of all iPhones. As I was *awkwardly* waiting for the salesperson to say when they expected more to come in, or offer the option to order one and have it shipped to my residence, I got nothing. Did not seem like he was open to getting me any help. I went home, promptly went on T-Mobile's website and ordered the phone I wanted with the discount mentioned on the ads, and it was delivered (and setup) within 24 hours. I have been with Sprint and T-Mobile for years and do not plan on switching. This review is strictly based on this franchised location, as mentioned above the other location (now gone) was more than exceptional! I will not return to this location and will make the drive to locations further from me for better assistance.

Jona’e was seriously great! My phone was giving me problems the last few days pertaining to the SIM card. She fixed it and was very patient and so energetic! We will definitely be coming back to this location.
