One of a kind store! High level customer care and service, no sales pressure. Cannot buy a bad or mediocre food here! Employees who get to know you and your pets, who are the tops in service. They really help and have immense amounts of knowledge in pet nutrition, products and health. They are a gem!!

We love Pet People! My husband and I shop there for our cat Malcolm whenever we get a chance. They have excellent, helpful customer service. In our experience everyone who has worked there is knowledgeable about their products. I love that they stock food from companies that use organic ingredients and no unhealthy fillers and other ingredients that are not good for our fur babies. They also have wonderful items that you don't find everywhere, like doggy cupcakes and other fun items that I sometimes pick up for our family members' doggies. They are a small store but we try to support them as much as possible. I highly recommend them.

I like this place, staff are friendly, shop is clean, great selection of dog/cat food, reasonable prices. Dog bath is also handy. Also one of the few shops where they take masks seriously and actually wear them and ask customers to wear theirs. Been going here for years, will continue to do so.

Just moved to the area and stopped in because I wanted to avoid people/Pet Smart during this pandemic nonsense. Overall a great store. Clean and organized with pleasant staff. I had called before I made the trip to make sure they had what I needed in stock. Not only did the clerk remember what I needed, but they pulled it and had it waiting at the front without me asking them to! I’ll be back once I need more cat food!

This is what a pet store should be!! Such a variety of high quality natural, raw, frozen, freeze dried, food and treats. Finally found pig ears not from a 2nd or 3rd world country there too! They have a very affordable self bath, only $12. The people working were so friendly and knowledgeable. Our little pekingese pup, Dorian, was showered with love and attention. Definitely will be heading back each payday to spoil him.

Knowledgeable staff, good products, and they often host pet adoptions. This has been our go to pet store since moving to the area. I recommend checking them out, i dont think you'll be disappointed. They pose a good alternative to the "big box" pet stores.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and the people who work there. They are incredible caring and go out of their way to ensure you and your furry friends are taken care of. My family jokes that I will only allow my pup to eat treats/food sold here because I trust them and the quality of products they stock. My dog Kona loves going there so much that he recognizes the parking lot and gets so excited to visit his friends at Pet People Bloomfield. They are truly the best!

The staff is always kind, accommodating, and seem to genuinely care. They are real people, not poor, abused corporate cogs. This says a lot about the smaller, family-owned business. They are the only pet store around that offers case discounts on Instinct dog food. For these reasons, I travel a bit further than the closest giant chain stores to shop there.
