Priscilla was the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind sale associate! She was patient and very professional and went above and beyond to help us successful swith from Verizon (with which we've had an account for 16 years) to AT&T as smoothly as possible. We are now paying less and getting way more because of her! Highly recommend anyone dealing with AT&T in Bastrop to ask for Priscilla!!!!

Got a new iPhone and didn’t understand squat about it. I’ve always been a Samsung user. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Marcy! You were so awesome! If you’re in Bastrop and use AT&T or your thinking of changing I completely recommend stopping by the store and ask for Marcy. She is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. It had been a rough day and Thank God there was someone smarter than me available to help! Thank you Marcy for being so kind and patient with all the questions I had. AT&T definitely needs more employees like you.

I pass 2 stores to get to this one (27 min drive). Paige is extremely helpful and kind. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past now a days so I will go where I can get it. She helped me file a insurance claim with my phone and was so patient through the whole process. If at&t reads this you gained a lifetime Customer because of her and should have her train others in Customer service. Every business needs a Paige.

I have had the XS for years. 2 weeks ago went in for a NEEDED upgrade. 14 pro... yay! 💜 We got confirmation it arrived and was signed for at your Bastrop, TX store. My husband went in on Sunday 10/25 and waited 1.5 hours and my new phone that was CONFIRMED to arrive and have been signed for is “not here”. Really!!!???!!! It didn’t just disappear! The worst is NOW the new/new one WILL NOT EVEN SHIP UNTIL 10/14! VERY DISSATISFIED!! 😡 We’ve been loyal customers for over 20 years and this is the kind of integrity one or several of your store employees has! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! The manager offered a $70 credit!! Like that even remotely makes up for this. What a joke! 😡 I’m the type of person that uses their phone until it NEEDS to be replaced. Joseph F spent 2 1/2 hours with me today as wrong phone was gotten, charges had to be reversed which took an hour plus and correct phone ordered. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciated him very much!

Absolutely the worst AT&T store I have ever visited. Walk in and another customer is standing waiting. 5 minutes go by and still no greeting or welcome. Minutes later a rep ask have you all been signed in which we had not so she put our names on the list. 20 minutes later another guest walks in stands at the entry and instead of being greeted he was yelled at from a computer. No welcome to AT&T or hi. They yelled what is your name so I can sign you in. Our rep left a lot to be desired as well very unprofessional said a case would work for my phone and get home it does not. AT&T should work on their customer service and greeting customers as if they are welcomed when they arrive. Store is focused on zero customer experience and lies about insurance coming with phone service and if you don’t want it you can cancel it later. This is not true it is not automatically added to an account unless the rep adds it to bump their numbers. Than expects a customer to waste their time removing it later. I would choose any other store in the Austin area before this location. In case the manager wants to know the rep is Markeshia P who is also the one from the computer not greeting customers and just asking for their name for the list. I would not know her name if it was not on my receipt as she never introduced herself.

Absolutely enjoyed my visit. My switching carriers was flawless. The salesperson Paige was just great. Very personable, extremely knowledgeable of what she is doing. I recommend this store to anyone.

This store is always packed. And I’ve always had to wait a long time. Here I sit. Again. 😞 and they’re playing Latin music over the loudspeaker 🎶 SO ANNOYING 😣. The manager is Hispanic and shows preference over Latino customers. Again, SO ANNOYING. I’m going to find an alternate location to service my AT&T & Direct TV needs. This music.. and extraordinarily long wait...is just too much.
