So arrived at 3pm. Waited about 1 hour to get alligment. During aligment arrived few cars and repaimen just simply forgot finishing doing balance and left to fix other cars. Well i asked why it takes that long, especially when i arrived nobody was at service center at all and everything could be done within 1 hour. So boss said well i have to do others too. I told him he need to finish with my car first instead keep me waiting when you will finish them. But owner left without saying anything. I wasnt expected that kind of service for money i pay. So service is terrible, my time is wasted. I paid for aligment only because i can not wait all day for simple balance while owner keep fixing other cars and keep me waiting. Spoiled place. I Will look other place to fix issues. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires

My father(72 years old) wanted to fix the tires and they told that it will take about 30 mins to do this. In the end he wait them about 2 hours. Also when he asked like what’s going on, they answered that this job takes so much time and they wasn’t very pleasant and communicative. So just be aware of this place. Better save your money and time and don’t go there. If I can give this place 0 stars I definitely give it. Such a horrible client service couldn’t exist.

Beware! Follow the negative reviews. This place is a joke. Instead of fixing a simple, puncture on a tire. They instead damage a brand new rim Car is brand new. Waste of my time and now the wheel is never the same. I hope they take down your fake reviews.

Was looking for a brand new set of tire's to replace the factory tires I had on my car. Called a few places around and Emil's came back with a quote that was higher than other's but based on reviews I figure I would go with with them since Ralph was very quick to respond as well as personable, which goes a long way in my book. I also didn't want to go with the cheapest quote because I was a bit worried about all the negative reviews claiming damage during tire replacement. So I booked a specific time slot and upon arrival had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to work on my car. After the waiting period a mechanic came out and proceeded to floor jack my car up manually to remove the tires. I was a bit surprised that they left the car standing on floors jacks as those are meant to temporarily hold the car up and not for long periods of time due to potential failure of the piston. My previous tire replacements have all been done on a lift. I waited another hour for the job to be completed and paid in cash. After driving the car home and inspecting the tires again I noticed a slight gash on the right rear rim, which was not there before I had the tires replaced. The reason I know is that I change my tires every winter and spring myself and inspect for any sort of damage on the rims. I had just mounted my summer tires them before I brought them over to Emil's. Overall I was okay with the service, but not happy that they scratched my rim in the process. Based on reviews of other tire shops damaging rims seems like a common occurance, who knew. Had I known my rims might get scratched I probably would have just taken it to the cheapest quote I received. Services: Auto tire replacement, Tires

After digging my car out of the mountain of snow that it was under I noticed that there was some antifreeze leaking out a bit. Googled mechanic near me and this was the first place I called. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and agreed to take a look at my vehicle even though it was Sunday after a snow storm and closing in 1 hour. Brought it in and after a very thorough check up and the car actually turned out to be fine. I left there with more than just a piece of mind I think that I just found my new mechanic. Thank you to Dimitri and the owner of the shop who was super friendly and helpful 🙏🙏🤜🤛
