I recently went to my local T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone. AYANA was the associate who helped me and she was great! I am a T-Mobile subscriber so she did not go out of her way to sell me on the advantages of being a T-MOBILE customer but, she was very helpful and helped me through my upgrade. She is a great employee and I was very satisfied with the service.

I was amazingly pleased about the courteous and knowledgeable service from ayanna when I came in to get an up grade on my iPhone. She greeted us and others who came in the store also was helping calling in customers and still working on my up grade at the same time but was focused at the job on hand. She is a great employee.

I'm no recommended this store the manager Mike is so racist and descrim people, so rude, no xperience on costumer service, I'm have close the 10 years whit tmovile and never have xperience rude costumer service, please go on another store, the treat you whit respect and help on you request, never go against there anymore I'm put complain on tmovile service I'm hope does something to fix.

I understand when I go to a phone place to get a new phone its gonna take time. My wife and I went to the Bastrop store this afternoon and well i felt deeply disrespected for starters the rep we dealt with made some off color comments about my observation skills and my military background..I kept my temper in check as to thats his right.What really got me spun up was the fact that he decided to make a blatant pass at my wife in frontbof me needless to say am thinking of taking this issue higher...

Came in and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help with a few things and they fixed my problems so quick. They even talked me into adding a tablet onto my account I am so happy I did because they set up Paramount and Netflix so I could watch it on it I would give this store 10 stars if I could.

Horrible service. Horrible help. Horrible attitudes. I came in with a problem, and the two women in there, Ayanna, and this other girl, were useless, full of attitude, and talked to me like I was a child, instead of helping me do anything with my broken phone. I will never return back to this place, and it has tainted my thoughts of T-mobile.

This is not a reflection of the employees, but the company. We originally were sprint customers, who gave us amazing service. I came in today to merge family plans together. We lost my step father last year and wanted to get my mom on my plan. They told me they couldn’t do that, I would have to call customer care. That’s ridiculous! There was no one in store, we had our IDs and verifications. Then, their Internet was down and we couldn’t do anything there anyway, and also even though we changed the SIM card, they were still “sprint” and couldn’t help us at all. It was so frustrating, we left T-Mobile all together. The manager over at Verizon helped us a lot. I hope you have a better experience with the company than mine!

Yesterday (10/11) I had to go to the store to fix problems and set up my new phone. Two young ladies were working the counter. I was impressed with both young ladies. One lady was Ayanna and I did not get the other ladies name. (shame on me). Their demeanor was first class. Their knowledge and willingness to do all they could to help me made this frustrated old man feel very welcome. While visiting the store another elderly man came in and the ladies tried their best to help him. His attitude was very poor but the ladies treated him with respect and he left angry. I am very pleased. Thank You Ladies.
