So, my husband and I were on our way to Austin. Our car started making a noise so we stopped here and the man who helped us was GREAT! He didn’t have the part we needed but wrote down what it was. He went out and looked at our car with my husband. Highly recommend because of the service. ~Sharla

Great experience. My car died and I needed something ASAP to get to work until my car was repaired. They had a car available and i was able to pick up same day no problems. The only issue was it was a Saturday and they couldn't pick me up at my apartment to get the car because they were short staffed. That wasn't a huge problem because I lucked out and ordered a lyft for cheap. Check in experience was easy, drop off was super easy. Would recommend, excellent customer service. ~Samantha

Needed my daughter's iPhone battery replaced and called ahead to get pricing. They provided a lot of great information over the phone and in person when I dropped the phone off for service. It was quick and priced right. Will definitely use their repair services again. ~Mike

It’s only a 1 because of service, actually I’d have had to receive some in order to call it service. I was next in line at the pharmacy and I’m waiting. The pharmacist helps the car at the window then rolls down the shade. The lady at the counter finishes with the gentleman in front of me. I step forward and the pharmacist rudely stated they were closed, come back after 2:00. While turning her back on me and walking away. The poor young lady at the counter looked like she was shocked. I get they need their lunch break, but when someone is in line, you at least tell them so they don’t stand there on a bum leg then tell them you’re closed. Put a sign up and say I’m sorry but after this person we’re closed. It was the sheer rudeness of the pharmacist that infuriated me so much. If I could switch my medications elsewhere, I would. Plus I’m going to cancel my CVS plus, I’m tired of being treated like I don’t matter by the likes of rude and uncaring people. ~Linda

Extremely friendly and help I was just passing through and had to get some coffee. The coffeehouse was down... no hot water...but who needs hot water when Dee the super resourceful CSR works there!! She helped me out with a great smile and excellent service!! And her coworker too.. with the nice pair of eyeglasses and colorful hair! On the road again energize with there positive vibes A great to stop. Clean restrooms and facilities as well ~KVTV

Old lady employee named Debbie is a complete hag, and rude af even to her co-workers. I don't care if you are unhappy do not take it out on people minding their own business. Maybe someone else should be hiring these employees b/c customer service is not for them. I would not shop at this location. ~Elesavet
