Best cosmetics store in Bastrop, Texas (TX) 2024

It’s only a 1 because of service, actually I’d have had to receive some in order to call it service. I was next in line at the pharmacy and I’m waiting. The pharmacist helps the car at the window then rolls down the shade. The lady at the counter finishes with the gentleman in front of me. I step forward and the pharmacist rudely stated they were closed, come back after 2:00. While turning her back on me and walking away. The poor young lady at the counter looked like she was shocked. I get they need their lunch break, but when someone is in line, you at least tell them so they don’t stand there on a bum leg then tell them you’re closed. Put a sign up and say I’m sorry but after this person we’re closed. It was the sheer rudeness of the pharmacist that infuriated me so much. If I could switch my medications elsewhere, I would. Plus I’m going to cancel my CVS plus, I’m tired of being treated like I don’t matter by the likes of rude and uncaring people. ~Linda

It is almost ALWAYS a pleasure coming in here, the site is actually clean, organized, well stocked, and well maintained consistently. Due to it's set-up and cleanliness, it is wheelchair accessible with and without assistance (accessible freedom is huge to me)! The employees have all been pretty nice, though Matt is my favorite. They're an absolute CHERUB human with professional skills, and a wealth of knowledge on killer products. I honestly used to dread Ultas, but this is one I'm excited for every.single.time. ~Sydney
