We had wifi issues at our new house. Computer Literate was able to help find an affordable and easy-to-use wifi "mesh" solution. There were more expensive options, but they recommended a cheaper solution. So far, it works perfectly just as advertised. 10/10 these guys know their stuff and helped fix my tech issue at a low cost.

Needed my daughter's iPhone battery replaced and called ahead to get pricing. They provided a lot of great information over the phone and in person when I dropped the phone off for service. It was quick and priced right. Will definitely use their repair services again.

I took my phone in because it wouldn’t fully turn on after I tried to restart it. They were able to fix it in one day and keep all my existing contacts and pictures. So thankful! Will definitely use them for my phone/computer needs in the future as they are very knowledgable with great prices.

I brought some computers and other equipment and was told on the phone I would get $450 for all of it. Next day my wife goes in to recieve the money and they tell her $350. If I'm told something I personally expect it to be that way not go back on one's word without a reason. They also lost the USB to my headset rendering it useless and didn't compensate. I would not recommend going here. If you do take pictures of everything you give them with them in the picture and have it written down and them sign it. I won't be going back to them.

Had a broken piece of charger stuck in my phone’s charging port. Couldn’t get it dislodged myself and took it to these guys who had the right tool to get it out very quickly.

My laptop kept crashing, so I decided to get it looked at. The guys were very professional and explained everything to me. Only took a few days for them to reinstall Windows and test it out. Have not had any other issues so far. Definitely recommend and the cost was a lot lower than I was expecting.

Not only did they stay after closing time to patiently walk me through my options, they sold me an amazing laptop at a very fair price. I'll be bringing my other laptop in for upgrades and battery replacement soon. They are worth a visit.
