Do not do Repairs here!!!! They promise you new parts and next day repair that was not the case. I had to pay in advance for a ‘brand’ new monitor which I have no problem. Then wait for 3-4 days to come in. After which they did the repair and got no call when it was ready. I had to call and walk to the store to get my laptop. When I got there I was quoted beforehand on the labor they jacked the price $40 more and claims they gave me that price initially. This was a total lie! They finally gave me the price I was promised but then I got my laptop. The so ‘brand’ new monitor was all scratched up and from a 3rd party recycled company for part. The lied in my service and on the parts/labor. When I called up the place since the manager was not in, they make claims that they called me numerous of times for pick up and said they ordered in a new monitor. The picture below says otherwise. Again I will not recommend them for repairs, nor will I come back.

They have so.much knowledge about the computers they blew my mind. I highly recommend going here. Warranty and all is so worth it. Reasonable prices. I give 10 stars.

This was my 2nd time at this location. Dealt with Mathew both times and both times his attitude was consistent. He's VERY customer oriented. He had taken his time explaining to me about my apple purchase and he was very personable. I did not feel rushed, and did not feel like any of my questions or concerns were unfounded. If there was an option for 6 stars, I would have given this company a 6 star rating! My Dell PC had just started to run extremely slow. I brought it in this morning to my local Experimax store, in Spring, TX. I was delighted to find out that they also repair PC's, not just Apple products! Nestor Maldonado greeted me and quickly run a scan while I waited. He determined that the write speed, on my hard drive was extremely slow and recommended replacing my hard drive. To my delight, he turned it around before they closed. Yes, on the same day! He also recommended a different anti-virus software. GREAT SERVICE & SUPER FAST TURN AROUND! I'll never go anywhere else!!

Experimax was recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to make the drive from Richmond Texas and get their opinion on my laptop. They could have easily said that it would be less to buy a new system, but they did not. Within 24 hours they diagnosed my issue and gave me a fair repair cost. They quoted me 7 to 10 days for the repair and completed the repair 2 days ahead of time. I am incredibly happy with the repair and moving forward this would be the only shop I would use for any of my system repairs.

Seth and the other two gentlemen that were working today were absolutely helpful. They helped me replace my trackpad on my MacBook Air after I didn’t have any luck. The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable with the other customers in the store while I was there. I asked if they still work on older iPhones (I have 2 iPhone 5/5s and a 6 with a bent frame) and they offered to take on the challenge even if they had to order parts to help get them back up and running. I will definitely be bringing my business back here.

Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a computer repair store. Took a pretty high end machine there and was anxious about dropping it off. They finished the job the same day at a reasonable cost and my machine runs cooler and quieter than it did before. This will be my "go to" shop from now on.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude at the MAC technicians at Experimax Klein (Spring, TX). I took my 2013 MAC in get an upgrade and improve it performance. They added more RAM, replaced my HDD to SSD and upgrade my OS from Yosemite (which is no longer supported by Apple) to Catalina the service was extremely fast. It only took three days! The technicians I dealt with were both Nestor and Seth who were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. The service provided was excellent. My MAC is running extremely fast and there was no issues with data loss at all. As an additional note: I had previously contacted The Geek Squad and was told my MAC could not be upgraded; however, Experimax proved them wrong and I could not be more satisfied with the outstanding work they did. Wow! Experimac is the best place for computer repairs or purchases. My Mac had liquid damage and Nestor nursed it back to life! The customer service (Nestor), and the owner (Matthew) are AWESOME! Experimac is better than a FIVE star business!
