Do not do Repairs here!!!! They promise you new parts and next day repair that was not the case. I had to pay in advance for a ‘brand’ new monitor which I have no problem. Then wait for 3-4 days to come in. After which they did the repair and got no call when it was ready. I had to call and walk to the store to get my laptop. When I got there I was quoted beforehand on the labor they jacked the price $40 more and claims they gave me that price initially. This was a total lie! They finally gave me the price I was promised but then I got my laptop. The so ‘brand’ new monitor was all scratched up and from a 3rd party recycled company for part. The lied in my service and on the parts/labor. When I called up the place since the manager was not in, they make claims that they called me numerous of times for pick up and said they ordered in a new monitor. The picture below says otherwise. Again I will not recommend them for repairs, nor will I come back. ~Sumit
