Due to poor customer service skills from employees at this location I highly recommend to visit another auto zone or another auto parts store. I needed to purchase about 7 parts for a bmw but because of the poor customer service I received, I shopped at Johnnys. 1 star.

I have to compliment the outstanding service and kindness of employee/shift supervisor DAVIAN. My windshield wiper problem was solved immediately by Davian and his helpful nature. I always do my auto supply shopping at the Auto Zone on West Dixie Hwy and 139th Street and always receive excellent service, but Davian went above and beyond. Thank you very much.

I’ve been coming to this store for years to buy parts that I need for my vehicle and as well for my mom. There is this excellent employee named Davian Hernandez. He speaks English and Spanish and his customer service is excellent. If you visit the store make sure to ask for Davian as he always goes above and beyond for his customers! Customer service nowadays is lacking but the treatment I get at this location is one of the BEST!
