I needed to make several returns yesterday, and with two twin babies at home, I was running very late. When I got to the doors of UPS I realized it was closed and I had just missed their normal operating hours. I turned to go back to my car and an employee ran out to help me with all the packages I was carrying. His name is Jesse and he stayed and helped me with my returns even though he had already closed the doors. It meant so much to me and I’m so thankful for the great customer service! ~Audree

Very honest shop that you can trust. Thought we needed an engine repair, but it was an oil issue, it was real easy fix. We have been customers for years and will continue to be. You could fit what I know about car repairs on the head of a pin, it is nice to have a repair shop you can totally trust!!! ~Shawn

The food is absolutely delicious! I love the variety of meat, veggie and sauce choices! They charge extra for pineapple, but it's fresh and well worth it! The wild berry tea and passion fruit lemonade was delicious as well! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and we'll definitely be returning again! ~Cassandra

Wild Ginger was a great experience. What I like most is the amount of vegetarian/vegan options they have! I feel like it’s not always easy to find vegetarian food at an Asian restaurant, but they had a full menu filled with tasty options. The environment was very welcoming and the server was fantastic. Super nice guy. The food was pretty great, I enjoyed the Thai Curry with tofu! The curry could have had a little more flavor, but overall a great meal. A lot of flavor and a lot of great vegetables. ~K

Got my oil changed and alignment done yesterday... Brake light is on, check engine light is on. No one asks a single question of me about either of these. Nor did they check the brakes at all (see pics). Marked the report that my headlights are good, but one headlight is out (see pics of both)... Best part: I'm the ONLY CAR in the bay.... Nothing else to do. I guess the tech was in a hurry to sit in the lobby and play on his phone.... Wish I would have taken a pic of that!! ~Stacy

They have done a great job on my vehicles so far. I have brought multiple cars to them and never a single issue. The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and the shop is super clean. Have had tires installed, balances, tpms sensors installed and flats repaired here. Highly recommend. Fair prices too. ~Grant

Around 8pm on Monday, November 8. Shelves half-full at best. Could not locate most of what I stopped in for. You probably should shop somewhere else should you actually need anything. Left feedback with 2 different store employees, including the manager on duty. Didn't seem to care all that much. This location didn't even look like a Kroger. ~Nick

Great place for such as Mediterranean food, algerian and Moroccan products, when thing that everyone should know that this store it's the cleanest Arabia store in all Ohio and very organized. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Thank you. ~Lyazid

No greeting when entering the door. But that’s fine. But after I had grabbed my items and went to the cash register where no one was , I looked around for a worker, not actually leave my spot and search for her. But I accidentally asked a customer if she worked there when here comes miss attitude , “You could’ve said something I was working over there” . I said oh well I didn’t know you wanted people screaming across the store for associates. Then she even dropped my drinks when scanning and tried to continue to sell them to me. I didn’t want them, she then caught an attitude and slammed them on the table. I spent a little over $43 for a red headed/burgundy hair woman with glasses to not have her name on the receipt to report. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with this lady or this family dollar. But let me promise you I will not be returning to this ill ran establishment. And I still gave them a bad survey review as well. 🖕🏻 ~Hayley

Great customer service! Always has a wonderful price on home goods. Even better when you get coupons emailed to you. The store is nice and clean. The area is a tad questionable but it’s ok. I do like this store a lot. ~Elijah
