If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my food to be delivered on my scheduled break, and my food was never delivered, I never received a phone call/text or any type of communication from the driver. I even put in the notes "GIVE TO HANNAH", So clearly they didn't listen to that. I called customer service which apparently is a call center. I couldn't even call the actual restaurant?! The rep on the phone told me they could either refund my money or redeliver my food but that would be another hour of a wait!! So now here I am no food, money to refunded at some point, as well a missed lunch.

The store was very clean and staff are very nice. Very accommodating for all types of diets, allergies, and lifestyles.

The food is absolutely delicious! I love the variety of meat, veggie and sauce choices! They charge extra for pineapple, but it's fresh and well worth it! The wild berry tea and passion fruit lemonade was delicious as well! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and we'll definitely be returning again!

Had one experince ordering here, and almost no ingredients were correct. Steak was chicken, no carrots cheese or red cabbage. Was told i could come back and get a free bowl next visit............

This place is really good! You choose your base, ingredients and sauces. It's always very fresh and tastes wonderful. I love that for fountain drinks they have 3 different tea options AND 3 different lemonades not just sodas to choose from. They also have free miso soup.

It's not often that I give 5 stars. I have a saying that 5 stars are reserved for Your Mum, and God(s). And rarely.... an over and above experience. My Mom doesn't work there and no deities here. So it's the latter. Bibibop has gone above and beyond what I am seeing in the food industry. They have been coming up with new and creative ways to help delay the inevitable price increase of their food. Inside the store, they are doing small things.. like single server utensil holders, to reduce waste, and to reduce the cleanup time for their employees. On top of that. The food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly to me. I have also noticed that , sometimes the portion is a "little" bit smaller. But this is a great trade-off for them to keep their prices down for us. Not everyone wants heaping mounds of food and gets wasted. I'm Extremely happy with Bibibop, and is my new favorite lunch spot!

Always good food. If you know what you like it is easy to choose what you want. For those who haven't been here it is like chipotle, just with Asian style food and way healthier.

Ordered online and picked up. Was as ordered to include the sauces. Tip for takeout — ALWAYS check your order and make sure you have your sauces before leaving the restaurant location!! That should go within saying but sometimes when one is in a hurry…. For takeout from this as well as other locations I’ve gotten back home, to work, etc. only to find it was not as I ordered or without sauce 😢.

Love this place. Very good food. But sometimes you have to ask the server for a healthy portion. Some give really small amounts to some while giving a full portion to others. But all in all, still really good 👍
