No greeting when entering the door. But that’s fine. But after I had grabbed my items and went to the cash register where no one was , I looked around for a worker, not actually leave my spot and search for her. But I accidentally asked a customer if she worked there when here comes miss attitude , “You could’ve said something I was working over there” . I said oh well I didn’t know you wanted people screaming across the store for associates. Then she even dropped my drinks when scanning and tried to continue to sell them to me. I didn’t want them, she then caught an attitude and slammed them on the table. I spent a little over $43 for a red headed/burgundy hair woman with glasses to not have her name on the receipt to report. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with this lady or this family dollar. But let me promise you I will not be returning to this ill ran establishment. And I still gave them a bad survey review as well. 🖕🏻

I love this store because of the ppl that work there! I go in there on a regular bases and my all time favorite person is jackie!!! Everyone is great!!! But Jackie is an amazing women all the way around she is always chipper when I come in greets me makes me feel so comfortable when I go in there and she always has a smile on her face and we talk everytime I check out!! She is what makes the experience shopping in there!😊😁

Very bad customer service, I greated the cashier ,she didn't answer, instead she's the one who started the conversation with the next customer. Makes me feel very bad. I will never go back there.

This store is extremely dependable when you come up short on milk and don't wanna go to a colossal market store . In spite of the fact that I do have a couple of problems like the preposterous price's. I went to get some earbuds at the closest accessible store. I picked this one, i go into the store and go into the area since i'm awfully familiar with it. I see that they were five dollars so I choose to get them yet, when I return home and use them after around an hour of using them they begin jacking up. I was actually frustrated that I spent 5$ on this only for it to fail and quit working in the span of 1 hr when I could get it for 1$ at Walmart and it would last me for around 2 months. (I realize this is long, however I trust you see what I am saying here.)

I walked out and left my items on the counter. After waiting a few minutes, I rang the bell at the counter. After waiting a few more minutes, I walked up the aisle, not knowing if something was wrong. The woman working finally came out, and proceeded to chew me out because she was busy when I rang the bell, so I should wait until she was ready to come work the register. So, I told her I don't want my things, and walked out. I won't be back as long as she's still working there

I love this family dollar! The staff is wonderful, and whenever I go in there, I'm glad I did. Its clean and organized and in a great location and around the holidays and throughout the year they always seem to have a charity you can donate to. Keep up the great work there- you guys are appreciated!

The employee was following us around. I was taking my disabled mom to get things she needed . we felt like she though we were stilling or something. We had a cart full of stuff. Ee weren't hiding anything to be treated like that .

Store is well laid out. Prices are reasonable. Can't always find what I need. Note: As far as product goes... let's just say, you get what you pay for.
