This is absolutely the best pharmacy anywhere. They go out of their way to save customers money on prescriptions. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and spot on time. The pharmacy is well organized and spotlessly clean. My insurance made me change pharmacy about 3 years ago, which lasted only a month, then I went back to this Walmart pharmacy, not caring what it cost me. At the other Corporate pharmacy (WG) they charged me $40 for what I had been getting at this Walmart for $9. I will never change from this Walmart pharmacy.

Always excellent service and the curbside is amazing. Only reason I don’t give a 5 is the limited number of spaces for curbside pickup and they are frequently Occupied by vehicles using them for parking places and not for curbside pickup. I have driven around for several minutes waiting for a space to open up.

Definitely do not go here. I switched to Walmart pharmacy on Danforth because I go there for groceries. I’m going to be switching back to my old pharmacy. I used the app to pay for the prescription and went in to pick it up because it was ready. The cashier then tells me that the payment won’t post for 3 days. So you’re telling me that using express pay doesn’t work? Why even offer it? Then she can’t give me a straight answer on whether paying for it again at the front will cancel the original charge. She says “it should”. I’m not a millionaire! I told her to cancel it and I’m switching my stuff back over. You almost have to try really hard to be as unhelpful and unpleasant as the woman that helped me at the register. Might be time for retirement, a new job or a spiritual awakening for her.

Okay okay...the lines do tend to be long with every sick and broken soul sniffing and sneezing....but the customer service has always been good.

Always takes forever. I called yesterday after waiting around and their app said it would be ready at 3pm. I get an email at 9am saying they were filling it. I called at 1 and asked about it and they said they wouldn’t have it in till today at 11 and it would be ready by 2pm. We shall see 🙄 My major problem is, if they knew it wasn’t gonna be in till today, why didn’t they call me and notify me that? I always have a problem here but we’ve been with them for so long, I don’t want a new pharmacy..

My wife went to fill my son's flu medicine prescription and walked around the store for an hour, waiting for it to be filled. When she went to pick it up, they had not even filled it. They needed our new insurance information and didn't even bother to contact us to let us know. What a waste of time. The people are normally nice, but this was the last straw for a tired family. We will be getting our prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Do not go here!!! My dog was crying and whimpering in pain for an hour and 40 minutes waiting for her pain medication. I went through pickup after 40 minutes of not receiving a text alert they said it will still be a while. I leave and drop my dog off come back still no text alert. I go through the line again and its ready. I show her that i am enrolled in the program and have received the preliminary text proving its the correct number. she still tries to give me a card to enroll in the exact text program im already in and double check my number. Instead of admitting they just didnt do there job. Again do not go here they are incompetent and understaffed.

We have used this pharmacy for years and have had very few problems; the pharmacists have been friendly and helpful. It helps me to remember that NO place will be perfect 100% of the time and not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
