Best pharmacy in Edmond, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

This is absolutely the best pharmacy anywhere. They go out of their way to save customers money on prescriptions. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and spot on time. The pharmacy is well organized and spotlessly clean. My insurance made me change pharmacy about 3 years ago, which lasted only a month, then I went back to this Walmart pharmacy, not caring what it cost me. At the other Corporate pharmacy (WG) they charged me $40 for what I had been getting at this Walmart for $9. I will never change from this Walmart pharmacy. ~Ruth

Very bad customer service. The lady is rude. Called for a prescription my dermatologist gave me and they said l my insurance wouldn’t cover it at asked for a credit card number. But at the other pharmacy I went to they told me the same thing and actually made an effort to reach out to my doctor for me to try and get it covered. I asked the lady on the phone here at rite scripts if she could reach out to my doctor like the other pharmacy did and she said “no but you can” and didn’t give a good explanation as to why she wouldn’t. She was very condescending in her tone. Not very friendly at all. Bad customer service. ~drake

I called this place to see if they had what I was looking for- they told me yes & how much. I showed up & asked for said item & was met with a rude employee who told me that I needed a prescription. This was not relayed to me over the phone & I was not in a position to contract a prescription as I was picking this up for a friend. I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. They did not even ask for an ID. As I was leaving an employee even rolled their eyes at me as to imply that I was an inconvenience. I will never use this pharmacy again. I wish I could give 0 stars. ~Caylee

Just got a call from Jayson at the pharmacy. I have 2 high blood pressure meds that are filled on different dates. He asked to set them up so I could get both at the same time, saving me trips! ~John
