I called this place to see if they had what I was looking for- they told me yes & how much. I showed up & asked for said item & was met with a rude employee who told me that I needed a prescription. This was not relayed to me over the phone & I was not in a position to contract a prescription as I was picking this up for a friend. I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. They did not even ask for an ID. As I was leaving an employee even rolled their eyes at me as to imply that I was an inconvenience. I will never use this pharmacy again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Wonderful staff! They are just like family. So happy I have found my forever pharmacy. Love how I can see my compounds being made in their fancy lab! I also like receiving texts that my compounds are ready to be picked up!

I have know the staff at Sherry' s for about 5 years. It is a very professional and clear place. Never had ANY problems with scripts. The service is friendly and very fast. I know many people that go there and have not heard about one problem. Every successful company will always have a few na sayers. Hats off to all the employees at Sherry's Drug.

I brought in a prescription for a compounded numbing lollipop and a nausea gel for my child after she had her tonsils removed. The front staff was very helpful, cause I was going to run to walmart to have the other med filled, but they told me that they could fill that do as well. I was glad for that, it saved me a trip. The pharmacist helped me out with my medicine, and everything was ready fast. I liked the pharmacy, they were clean and nice too. I would go back again.

I love this pharmacy! The staff are wonderful! I had a really expensive co-pay and they looked up a coupon for me, without me even having to ask. They saved me a lot of money. So thankful I found them!!

My family and I have been using Sherry's Drug Pharmacy since we moved here from Texas in 2003. We have NEVER had a problem with them. They have always been quick, friendly and professional. We did try the Walmart pharmacy a couple of times because of their $4 promo but that was a nightmare and quickly went back to Sherry's. Now with the doctors office sending in the RX electronically the meds are normally ready when we go there. No complaints here or I would take my business elsewhere. Thanks Sherry's!

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I had to go to them for a specific medicine that only two places carry in Edmond and after running my insurance we discovered that it didn't cover one ingredient. So in the beginning, it was going to be 40 dollars. Then they changed it to 10 dollars the next time we went in. After my mother talked to her insurance rep and had the contract fixed to cover the ingredient my husband went back to fill the prescription that was now free. They "ran my insurance" again (my insurance company said nothing was ran the very first time) and then claimed that they wouldn't cover it and it was now 60 dollars. Seriously the shadiest place I've ever been to. I've heard bad things about this pharmacy dealing with pricing but this is people's medicine and I thought pharmacists went into the field to help people.

Took my prescription in today as I did last month. Last month I paid with my insurance. This month brought my prescriptions in and gave them my insurance card, after waiting 30 minutes I was told my insurance wouldn't work. I immediately called the insurance company and they said there wasn't a problem. I went to the counter told this to the girl and she said we will give you a discount for paying cash. (My prescriptions were about $300.00). I told the girl my insurance is valid. The pharmacist hollered from the back "We don't make enough money off of your prescription using your insurance so PAY CASH OR TAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE. This was terribly embarrassing as there were other customers there. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Very unprofessional and rude.

I've worked at Sherry's Drug for a little over 9 years and loved every day. We have thousands of happy customers that we help daily solving problems and filling their regular prescriptions as well as their specialty compounded medicines. We have been in business for 32 years and customers rave about our service. I'm sorry you 5 people had a problem.
