I am limited to six prescriptions a month. I asked Walgreens twice to remove a medication from my profile, they chose not to. Even though it was being used to take me off of another medication that I chose to cash pay and stay on the medication that I really didn't need to stop taking abruptly. I, again, chose to wait to see the specialist instead of stopping the medication immediately. Therefore I had to cash pay for it. prescription until seeing the specialist. My PCP sent an order in, and I thought my pharmacy would see those two medications and advise not to take them together, they did not!
They refuse to even admit their error. Even if my physicians have not communicated about my treatment the pharmacy should know the risks. I feel that they should have taken responsibility as well as taken care of me. I left this very pharmacy 10 years ago for similar reasons. I'm so disappointed.😔 ~Ronna
