This one is fancy and nicely updated. I love the automatic coffee machines and wide selection of products available. Plus the air machine outside includes an automated tire pressure monitor. Now my tires are properly inflated, too. 😄

Normally pretty decent they are going through a current renovation or at least finishing it up. Just showed up at the store however and the doors are locked with all lights on. This is a 24hour service mind that. There were no signs on the doors stating it was closed for the night or a change in hours. The doors even partially opened though the lock was visibly in place when pulled open a gap. Waited several minutes wondering if they had run to the restroom and nobody. A slight bit irritated considering this was a trip I really needed something on. Drove a little further to another OnCue.

Used to be my gas station of choice, convenient location and decent gas prices. They recently added a payment system to the air compressor, so I will no longer support this gas station.

I try to be very careful when reviewing companies with negative feedback. Stopped by to use the restrooms, staff was kind, and working hard, gas prices were a good normal, parking lot clean and accessible. That’s why it’s two stars because they preformed great. I wish one or more of staff or management would take a trip to a local Oncue and take note. At this location, the restroom was destroyed. Toilet paper was practically non existent, the toilet flushed every 30 seconds on its own, I was able to stare at people as the stall door line is in line with the toilet making for a very uncomfortable and exposed feeling, water struggled to turn on auto faucets, no soap, paper towels are basically cardboard. All I could think was I should have waited to get to the next Oncue. I did expect a little more with this new layout and design.

I have been there twice when they were out of gas. Several times the soft drink area looked like someone had a picnic back there. It had open tea and Gatorade bottles with open chips. The debit machine was not working. And yesterday I received all $1 as change for a $20. Very poor management!

I like this location. I see alot of bad reviews here and I just don't get it. I have never had the restroom be anything but clean. I have never experienced a rude clerk. In fact, just the opposite, every clerk has always treated me with respect and sometimes humor. Great food. Great Coffee and a clean store. Throw in the reasonable prices that they have and you have a winner. Why on earth would you go to.......Overpriced On Cue.

I used to go to this store every morning for coffee. A few months ago I noticed a funky smell- like soured milk. I asked the cashier and he said he had already let management know. It still smells every time I go in, and now I can't bring myself to go in there in the morning. The bad dairy smell near the milkshake machine/soda fountain/coffee area is just too strong and revolting. It makes me think something is potentially dangerously unclean and unsanitary. Needs to be fixed.
