Not my car, sons. Repair of transmission was costly but necessary. Added 3% onto bill for using plastic. Also had to walk 1/2 block to get car. They couldn't bring it to him. Good repair, lousy service.

I have had two vehicles repaired here. Both were positive experiences. They always go above and beyond. Excellent customer service and very communicative throughout the entire process. Thet were the nicest sweetest fellas. Most of all I loved the bible that was on the counter with some sticky notes of inspirational sayings. What a blessing. I will use them for all my needs. I recommend anybody to them. Car was done in just a couple days at a decent price. There hospitality was amazing. Great place all around. Explained everything to where I could understand the problem. 5 stars isn't enough for them. I cant say enough about the owner David. We've had bad experiences at other places and they stepped in and helped us a little over a year ago and then a week ago we had an issue no fault of theirs and they fixed it anyway. It was not under warranty anymore but out of the kindness of his heart they covered it. I dont recommend anyone else. Great family owned business I hope to continue to see them grow. Lincoln Navigator was leaking transmission fluid. Originally took it to a prominent shop in Franklin. They quoted me a price of $2800 for a complete rebuild. Took it out of that shop and went to Kings. Turned out to be a seal. Kings did a complete transmission service and replaced several seals. Cost for repair $750. If you are looking for honest folks who won’t try to take advantage then Kings is the place to go. Strongly recommend

King's Transmission is top notch. My 92 chevy Silverado needed a new manual transmission. They put the 1st one in and something wasn't right. From that point on they went above and beyond the norm to find me a new one. Truck runs great now. They've earned my business!!!

These guys took very good care of me when my transmission died on me during a trip back to Georgia. My car was towed here and they did quick and outstanding work. They were a life saver.
