Great online/phone/in person customer service. Was able to shop pieces and ask Sam questions via email/phone. He was also able to order in the piece I was interested in in a very timely manner. Maintained consistent communication throughout which was great. Was nice being able to shop/communicate remotely with my schedule but still being able to see the piece before making final decision. Overall great experience.

Everyone who works in here is so sweet! I stopped in today with a last minute request before my bridal shower and the girls and one man who was in the back were so accommodating and great to chat with. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future purchases!

After calling several jewelry stores that advertised they offered watch repair, I found most of them had to ship out to another shop. All I needed was attachments to connect a strap to a watch, and didn't want to wait 2 - 3 weeks. What a relief to find out the springbars I required were in stock here. Sam even installed them for me! Excellent customer service the old school way. Thank you Sam!

While they have a beautiful inventory of jewelry, we were looking for something custom. Bear really understood what I wanted so the rendering and 3D print were basically formalities as he perfectly executed my vision from the start. All of the staff are amazing and made us feel welcome like family.

Absolutely loved the experience in picking out the engagement ring. I worked specifically with Sam and Bear. They were so professional and very patient. Went out of their way to make sure I got the right ring in a budget I was comfortable with spending. Was never pressured to spend more than I wanted but they made sure I got the best possible diamond. Also we custom designed the ring to the way which was just perfect! And if you're wondering, She said Yes and absolutely loves the ring! Been hearing great compliments from everyone else about it as well.
