Always great drinks and healthy food options. The staff and patrons are so friendly! One slight drawback is very limited seating and just be ready to wait a bit if you go during peak times.

Went there a few times and one particular time when I went there the owner gave me a hard time but I couldn't. Particularly pinpoint why. Rush through my order before I could barely give him the ingredients that I wanted in my coffee It was just really pretentious. The rest of the staff were nice and one even apologized about his behavior. I'm not sure he was having a bad day but I haven't been back since and anyone who asked me about it. I definitely don't recommend it from that one experience.

Love Saxbys! Our other fave place to go besides Starbucks....so many candy flavors to put in our drinks! 😍

I always come here after visiting Inkwood books next door. I did not see any signage walking in noting the hours and there were a good amount of people inside just hanging out. I ordered my drink and my friend waited to order hers. My drink was made and the cashier was talking to other workers. I notice the people have gone and the cashier confirms with her coworker he told them they were closing. She turns to my friend and says they are closed and she can’t make her drink!! No one told us coming in they were closing and we came in together. There was no one behind her so it’s not like she needed to cut off the line. I told the cashier it wasn’t right we came in together, she said “Well what did she want to order” we said “a plain latte” and she sighed all annoyed so my friend said forget it and we left and went to Starbucks. I always enjoy coming to Saxbys for coffee and I can’t believe this terrible service we received.

I love Saxbys as an alternate to Starbucks to support local business. They have a large selection of flavors for coffee. My favorites are Snow Peak and Snickers! They have quite a few sugar free offerings. As for the food selection, I wasn't the biggest fan of the donut, but the grilled cheese was spectacular. Prices comparable to Starbucks, but again it's a local franchise.

Such a good place to get some work/studying done. Saxby's is cozy, quiet, and has really good coffee. I got the buffalo chicken grilled cheese and it was bomb. The service was friendly. I saw a couple of reviews about issues with finding parking-- I park at the lot behind First Baptist Church off Chestnut St. It's free after 6pm and on weekends :)

Amazing atmosphere with perfect coffee! they sometime have live music! good place to have some work done!! Always make my drink right!! The inside is always very clean and feels comfortable!! There are plenty of tables and outlets for laptops and other devices!! Great spot!!
