Very disappointed, husband is attempting to return to plungers both nutribullets which I purchased at bed bath & beyond both had a one-year warranty.. one of which I used the blender and the seal broke and shredded into my smoothie at home. This is so not good as can cause serious injuries. So I took the sliced pieces out of my smoothie and placed in a Ziploc bag and they just didn't care. I'm sure that they could have returned to their supplier and comped it out to do the right thing. The manager chose not to and didn't want to be bothered. I have shopped at bed bath & beyond for years and have overfilled my home when it was new and at the Port Richey store was truly the best and unfortunately closed down around the time of the beginning of covid.. I definitely would not recommend shopping here. Especially if you hope that they will do right by you. Of course, I had a cart and I made my purchases anyway other than getting the bullet or purchasing another one. Very upset under these circumstances and I think the store is very wrong. The other bed bath & beyond and the manager would have never even thought twice about doing the right thing. It's definitely NOT the end to this, serious issues and I am appalled.

The thing I love most about BB&B is that you can use multiple coupons to get the best deal. I went in to buy something that was online at a clearance price but couldn't find it in store. The woman who helped me said there were 7 in store. The staff was great about searching it out. It took a while to figure out the product had a substitution but in the end I got what I had come in for at the online price. Very helpful and courteous staff at the one in the Grove.

Store was clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent. Mom wanted a new table (plastic) cloth....staff helped her with better-cloth table covering with Vinyl covering--all on sale under $5 total. I was looking for shower curtain with storage pockets--new bathroom is microscopic. I couldn't find staff looked up said if we don't have we can locate other local stores who have. Luckily they had 4 in store....but I had looked right past them on a shelf. Staff at the store made our experience exceptional. We will definatly go back!
