Recently made a fairly large living room purchase at City Furniture in Ocoee. The salesman Rodrigo was very attentive yet patient, and allowed us the time to look around and make a decision. Whenever he wasn't sure about a question we had, he tried to get an answer from someone else or was just honest and said he didn't know. However, once we made the purchase, we realized the next day that the furniture wasn't going to fit our room. We went back and this time had Terri take care of us, as Rodrigo wasn't there. Terri could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. She knew exactly how to allow us to exchange for different furniture and we even saved a little money in the process. At least in our situation, we could not have asked for anything better. I highly recommend City Furniture, pending no delivery issues.

The store is in the middle of nowhere (I live in Dr.Phillips and it was about a 20 minute drive). Right when you think your GPS is leading you to a closed factory you see the bright red signage. The customer service was great here and they had promotions on all the furniture. They also have an amazing outlet section. If you want to get creative and can handle a little DIY you can score some good cheap finds. The sales associates where really nice. I didn’t feel like I was being stalked through the store or pressured into making a purchase. They have some great pieces here. The store is much smaller then the one in Millennia, but it’s worth the drive to see what they have in the outlet section.

We had an amazing customer service experience. My husband and I went to check out sofa I liked on city furniture website. We have been shown the item I looked for but also other options. Our clerk was very attentive and listened to our concerns, likes and dislikes. We decided to buy 2 sofas. We got really comfortable and have fun with our clerk and thanks her we decided to add on chair to our purchase.

We had a fantastic experience when coming in to City Furniture, Mike was great in helping us. Checking on us often enough to answer any questions but not following you around the store like happens when you go to other furniture stores. Mike was great at working out a deal with us, ensuring us that we had the best price for 14 days, this made the buying decision super easy! Ask for Mike when you go in, it’s like having a personal shopper who is able to make suggestions, point you in the direction of the store where the deals are, and made the sales process smooth and easy! Via David is so friendly and an amazing Sales Woman at the Ocoee showroom. New fresh styles for affordable prices. I loved my experience.

I would not recommend this place or buying any type of additional warranty from them. Purchased a leather sectional set for around $3,500 and paid extra for the additional warranty. The leather on headrest peeled off, they refused to replace it and made me pay for it. Dealing with customer service was an exercise in futility. I regret not buying from costco instead and avoiding all the unnecessary aggravation city furniture made me go through.

My wife and I needed a new bedroom set and decided to go to City furniture, and as soon as you walk in you see all the options and great variety. Salesperson Jennifer Lopez was amazing, she was very helpful and professional and new exactly what we wanted after showing us a couple options she made the selection process easy and we received our bed set in two days and the quality of the product is very sturdy and well worth the price, very good quality . Over all great experience would definitely recommend they even have a cafe!!!

Ordered multiple items for my new home and most of the items delivered were damaged. Poor quality overall and got the run around when trying to ask for a refund even though I followed every instruction by customer care to file a claim. Customer care tells you to call the store and the store tells you they have to talk to customer care and so on and so forth. I will take my money elsewhere and you should to.
