Walmart Pharmacy
Went there after many issues with Walgreens on Silver Star and Clark. Met the pharmacist Jordan , he was great. Very good about explaining certain procedures which no one has ever taken the time to explain. I noticed his interactions with other guests and could see he is very customer oriented and wanted to provide great service. He is definitely a shining star in Walmart and in the pharmaceutical industry. Thank you Jordan! đź’– ~Avalee
Planet Fitness
My only problem with Planet Fitness, and maybe it just this one; is that it NOT open 24/7 which is disappointing as its advertised as an always open gym. As far as I am concerned, if I am paying 24 dollars a month for the services that are offered and advertised, then that is what I or anyone should be getting. Other than that I find the gym to be great. ~GigaRex
The Children's Place
Mrs. Green was amazing. She helped me figure out my daughters size and just made us feel really welcome. I always appreciate patience and knowledge during my shopping experience. Shopping for kids is not easy đź’ś thank you Mrs. Green ~Melissa
Truist
The worst customer service experience from online banking to visiting the branch. When I opened my business account I was advised to call for password and login assistance for online banking to then be told by a representative from the contact center “I don’t know why they tell you guys to call when we can’t help with online banking registration” so I go to the branch where I meet the business banking specialist/manager. As I explained the troubles I had with online registration, he did show empathy neither did he address the misinformation or apologized for the inconvenience of me having to visit the branch for a service that could have been fixed online. Next, I tried speaking him about why I chose Truist, my interest in business banking, offering to provide my business plan and I also gave him projections for my business. He sat there without any interest in blank stare (literally) and did not carry conversation or try to assist in answering my questions about the best products fit for my business model. It got so awkward with the one sided conversation that I just got up and left. There was no “okay great, is there anything else I can assist with” “do you have any questions” he just looked at me… I came in very positive and excited about being able to sit down with a banker in person to discuss my business needs and left questioning if this is right bank for me. I tried opening another account using my log in today and I received an era message saying to come into the branch. So I make another trip. This time I’m asked to sit and wait for the same manager and I’m waiting for over an hour. There’s no one in the teller lines, the tellers are just sitting looking through the glass but no one walked over to check on the customers waiting for service. It was great to actually see him show interests and help a customer though. I guess it depends on your background or income how great your service will be. ~Passion
Michaels
I think the store is closing, looks very empty. The staff are friendly at check out and lately there have been super deals. Immediately to the left is scrap book and stickers. Plastic container are towards the middle. They do not offer fabric which is a major let down. ~Alli
Fifth Third Bank & ATM
Horrible bank. I have an account with this bank, walked in with a personal check at this location, the teller wasn’t not even paying attention, grabbed my personal check then said they don’t cash cashiers checks (again it was a personal check.) The way the teller threw my check and liscence all crumbled and slammed it down was down right rude and the manger was worse. AVOID THIS BANK. I’ll be calling corporate complaining about retraining and customer service skills because they are NOT PROFFESSIONAL. Stay away!!!!!! ~David
Right Way Foods
Gas prices are highest in area. If using credit or debit, you have to tell them exactly how much to charge in order to prepay and tgey charge $1.50 to use card and another $1 50 to put change back onto card. They won't give cash back so you're screwed either way. Female always talking on phone and yelling to family sitting on stool. Store is filthy. Convenience drinks cost more than store 1/4 mile away by 15 to 20%. Druggies always outside asking for change. Pumps barely work and have white paper and tape over card readers so you are forced to walk inside. Very hard to get in and out of. We had a big storm with gas shortage, they raised their prices .30/gallon and claimed it was cost from distributor. Gas is already .15/gallon higher than all other stations in area. Claim other stations buy more gas and get better discounts. Surprised this store is still here, but it's known to sale to the drug heads and alcoholics. It also allows loitering and even has people selling on the corner which makes it that much harder to get in and out. ~Jeremy

Valvoline Instant Oil Change
Service was very quick and efficient. Gabriel, James, Mason and Alex were professional, informative and showed great customer service.. I needed services done and normally it would have cost me well over $300. I was able to save almost $150 with bundling my services and getting everything done in one stop. Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change ~Ashley
City Furniture Ocoee & Outlet
The store is in the middle of nowhere (I live in Dr.Phillips and it was about a 20 minute drive). Right when you think your GPS is leading you to a closed factory you see the bright red signage. The customer service was great here and they had promotions on all the furniture. They also have an amazing outlet section. If you want to get creative and can handle a little DIY you can score some good cheap finds. The sales associates where really nice. I didn’t feel like I was being stalked through the store or pressured into making a purchase. They have some great pieces here. The store is much smaller then the one in Millennia, but it’s worth the drive to see what they have in the outlet section. ~Nikki
