This Publix is conveniently located near my home. For the most part the staff here is friendly, until my encounter with Sarah yesterday afternoon. During my check out process, Sarah didn’t speak to me. She didn’t greet me, or even acknowledge my presence. I had a full cart of groceries and she proceeded with ringing me up at check out line as if I was invisible. She looked up one time after I said something to the clerk who was bagging my food, and even then she didn’t speak. Fortunately, a different clerk took over in the middle of the transaction. The clerk who finished ringing me up was very friendly, and held up the standard of what Publix represents. Sarah, on the other hand needs better customer service training. ~Erica

I can't give them enough praise. Saved my family twice. First time, when my dad was driving down from NY to visit with me. His car got rear ended by a semi, totalling his car and spewed his meds all over the highway in Georgia. They made all the phone calls necessary to get all of his many meds taken care of. AMAZING! Last week, my hubby was going to run out of a new med while we were on vacation and we wanted to switch it to generic. I called the prescribing Dr. Still got a bad script with more complications . They (Publix) took care of everything. THANK YOU MCGUIRE PUBLIX PHARMACY! You have a customer for life💜 ~Carol

Well since the people here are all very nice and I would say 60% of the time the food is good I'm not going to leave them one star. But I will say this particular visit was definitely a one-star! The chicken had been sitting for so long it was shriveled and dried up so badly it took an hour for me to chew it LOL. And I asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they gave me about half of a normal side dish. You could have built a house with the brick they called a biscuit. I wish they would put out a sign like Krispy Kreme that tells you when they are frying chicken so you can get it fresh because honestly I think this stuff had been sitting for HOURS. ~Tricia

First and last time I come here. New guys don’t know what pvc schedule 80 Pipe is, Edgar Was rude, attitude and unprofessional language to a new customer told me “ see ya!” Twice and no Knowledge of materials. Manger in the store don’t know how to stock and locate materials and he is calling several stores to get it done. They tried to locate a single pole 60 amp GE breaker. Never again... ~Osvaldo

READ PRIOR TO FIRST VISIT Don’t love the set up of exams. I should have done more research on the establishment, as they don’t let you stay with the dog during the visit. I was told to return one hour after dropping off but you wait for a call, near the 2 hour mark I called and was told it was going to take another 1-2 hours. I told them I would like to have her picked up and then she was attended to in minutes. Vet Maggie did come talk to me and she was very nice, that is where they redeemed stars. She explained to me the concerns I was having, I would recommend her. Receptionist was kind in explaining medication at end of visit. This drop-off system does work for those with busy schedules, and those trusting of the doctors. As a first visit, unfamiliar with doctors and procedures, this is not my families preferred system. We do prefer to stay with our pets so that we can tend to them in the waiting room and during procedures. ~Nathalia

Have been coming to this location for like 6 years now and I always come back pleasantly! They are very helpful people and always give me great costumer service. I just added a new line to onto my plan with ease and they gave me great savings like always! ~El
