The staff are really nice, I’ve been going to bravo for 10+ years never once I had to complaint about anything.. they are really nice treat people with respect.

I wish I never had a chicken tender pub sub because then I wouldn't be disappointed when this Publix let's me down. It's not about speed, because we all know that Publix can't make subs fast and we're okay with waiting in line for 20 minutes while the kind people in the deli make 1 sandwich. But what's not okay is that all of the fryers we're free(empty) and they wait until something is gone before they start to make more. When I called to speak to the Manager on duty, he informed me this Publix is the busiest in the area when it comes to fried chicken. Yet, they don't start making more chicken until off of it is gone. I'm just so disappointed in the service I've received from the deli department lately.

Been a customer there for a long time, not any more. 3 separate occasions the Pharmacy just finds a way to be unnecessarily difficult, attempting to claim they can't be filled and flat out lying even when challenged. Then proven wrong. Being told I have to wait an hour, when it's already been an hour since you received it. I'm sitting there watching POC pharmacy employees accommodate easily every POC customer. I get told to wait. Shopped/waited for 35 minutes. Previously when waiting it'd take maybe 10-15 minutes, no worries. When I spoke to only my wife about it, an employee lied claiming I used racial slurs to a Publix employee. I never spoke to any Publix employee of the Pharmacy. Nor did I ever use any racial slurs. I said what I said to my wife b/c your POC employees are dismissive and rude to white customers. If they're offended, perhaps it's because they're doing it. They lied to the manager that confronted me. I've had this situation of dishonesty with the Pharmacy three times now. I couldn't care less a manager told me not to return. Why would anyone willingly return to a place like that?

I have nothing bad to say about the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I will continue to come to this Publix just for the people. However they are absolutely terrible at ordering and stocking correctly. All their BOGO deals start on Thursday we went Thursday afternoon and half of the things that are on sale are already sold out. If you know you have a sale starting don't you think you should order more? Just sayin' lol

Staff is always nice and helpful whenever we shop here which is weekly. Update 5/7/22 Althea and her coworkers were all nice and pleasant. She was patient with my son and I when deciding on what kind of cheese for our sandwiches. They joked with us and made a long process relaxing. We loved our sandwiches. Thank you Althea for your understanding and patience.

The meat department has gone down hill. I asked for some ham and realized the Slicer didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day. When she was done cutting and I was about to say never mind she placed the meat with the tiny piece of plastic on the front counter where people sneeze and cough on while she fiddled with the bag to open it. I was like oh heck no why would you eat that. I was so appalled I threw it away. Don’t expect much from this Publix, they have taken down the plexiglass between you and the checkout people. They don’t even sanitize their hands anymore between customers and I ask to bag my own groceries and I get the death stare. I will only stop here for emergencies now.

This Publix is conveniently located near my home. For the most part the staff here is friendly, until my encounter with Sarah yesterday afternoon. During my check out process, Sarah didn’t speak to me. She didn’t greet me, or even acknowledge my presence. I had a full cart of groceries and she proceeded with ringing me up at check out line as if I was invisible. She looked up one time after I said something to the clerk who was bagging my food, and even then she didn’t speak. Fortunately, a different clerk took over in the middle of the transaction. The clerk who finished ringing me up was very friendly, and held up the standard of what Publix represents. Sarah, on the other hand needs better customer service training.

I didn't even want to give one star. I've watched this location go down hill in the last year badly. Management does not have control at all. 95% of the employees here are very rude and don't want to work. The deli is not a pleasure at all, and Karen in the pharmacy is another story. She is the rudest of them all. Bryan in the deli and the woman who works the bacon, sausage, and cheese section best employees you have. The cashier's, forget it, they don't even talk and if they do it comes out as forced. Worst Publix in Ocoee.

This is our regular / go to store for food and everyday items. We’ve been shopping here for 21 years. We’ve always been happy with the service and the pharmacy knows us personally…..There have been several management changes. With those changes we seen changes in the store and in some of the products they have chosen to cary or remove. Some of those changes have disappointed us. The new managers have not made as much of an effort to get to know us or recognize us as previous managers have done. We still regularly go here and will continue to do so……

I honestly can't say enough about this Publix! I really do LOVE shopping here! Diane in Event Planning is the best in the business! I have her take care of all of my work events. Just look at some of the work we have gotten! So far above the rest!! Thanks Publix!! They also have amazing Aprons recipes!!
