Been a AT&T/ Cingular customer for years and remember getting the Apple iPhone 3 when it came out exclusively to AT&T. I ordered a iPhone13 for my son, but they did not have any in stock and needed to be shipped by UPS. Well the phone was probably stolen, because it did not show up in the 2 days promised and after 8 days I went to the store to rectify the issue. I was told to wait until a computer became available to fix the problem. After a few minutes I was told I would need to call 611 and fix it myself. What??? No customer service? As I sat on the phone on my day off trying to fix this problem, I watched these paid employees, which are paid by the customer, sit in the customer couches and watched DirecTV streaming service while I do their job. What a joke… maybe it is time to go to Verizon.

I had an amazing experience at this AT&T location! Eric and his team were extremely helpful, attentive and answered all of the questions I had regarding starting a new phone plan. I will definitely be back for all my future phone needs and have recommended this location to many people!

Had problem with galaxy phone and went there to get it replaced. Pablo Nieves was there right away to help us and he even helped s lower our monthly bill and utilize the current discounts to afford new cellphones with hardly any additional cost. He was so polite, knowledgeable and was able to resolve all our questions and problems we had with our cell phones. 5 stars for outstanding customer service provided by Pablo Nieves! 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Not impressed at all with the staff. The Thursday night crew was not so enthusiastic to help. The look of boredom remains even while talking to customers. Shouldn't they know about both Android and Apple phones? If not ,find out were my questions could be answered

I went into the store to upgrade my son’s phone as it was old. We were met with a sales rep named David Mayo. Not only did I need to upgrade, I also needed to do a name change on my account. David was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took a look at my account and told me that he could lower my monthly payment significantly even with the addition of the new phone AND two new watches. David was so helpful throughout my experience even when he hit a snag with moving my number over to my new account. There was one other gentleman involved during my visit I believe named Josh who was also very helpful. I would recommend anyone needing help to talk to these two. 10/10 for service for sure!!!!

Online Customer care sent me 2 phones and charged me for it. Returning 1 became a mess. After wasting a good 5 hrs talking to at least 8. Different reps I stopped by here. Even though the process was not straight forward they helped me. I appreciate that. I bought accessories just to return the favor. My go to shop from now on.
