I recently brought my Tacoma in for a routine oil change and multi-point service check. Luis, the customer service agent was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. When I presented him with a coupon that I found from a packet that came with the truck in 2015, he didn’t flinch. People like him make such a difference for a company. Also, I have to mention that the salesman, Matt who sold me the truck seven years ago came over to say hello. He even remembered my name (and I his). From scheduling to completion, this visit was great. I love my Tacoma! ~Sky
