I wonder why they don’t really care about the glasses that they sell us I have paid upfront and when i came to pick up my glasses. The frame was bent and the person that was helping me out for the pick up was trying to to get that fixed yet I didn’t like it because the frame was a exact right fit for me and somehow it got messed up and now they are trying to put it back on shape rather replacing it with new I am totally disappointed and will never come back

Appointments mean nothing here. My husband was given the wrong prescription in his new glasses and we had to come back and redo everything and waited well over an hour and 45 minutes. It took my glasses 3 weeks to come back with no communication. It was all left up to me to reach out.

Worst eye experience ever. Took 3 weeks to get my glasses and my prescription is obviously wrong. They don't even give you the complementary cleaning kids that most eye doctors give and didn't have a machine to clean glasses that I'm used too.

Absolutely awful practice have medical documentation on not covering open wound on my face with due to cancer removal and they refused to acknowledge or treat me cause of the mask in eye exam... do not recommend. Not to mention 7 people with out mask in there getting service what a joke.

The customer service is horrible. Everything was fine up until after my eye exam. Even though I waited 30 minutes passed my appointment time. I waited for about 20 minutes for someone to call me up after my exam. They gave me a price for my contacts without even asking or checking to see if I had insurance, which I did. Then they didn’t have my prescription or brand, neither did the stores around so I couldn’t get a sample pair, at first. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the manager to come talk to me, who eventually gave me one contact for one eye, which was my prescription but not the correct brand, which is fine. But could’ve did that the first time I asked for another brand that had my prescription and not make me wait another hour to squeeze ONE contact out of them. I spent a total of two hours in this store. I’m usually in and out in 30-45 minutes in another store I’ve been to. It could have been handled completely different

I wanted a return glasses due to their fault after one week with a receipt. I called before going there and they told me they could help me. But manager JANET first didn't want to accept the return. Then I showed her the policy hanged there, she said okay wait. After I waited for 15 minutes she asked for additional $50 for me to return the glasses. It was like she was making fun and enjoying. Who would pay extra to return something. You kept me there for 15 minutes to tell me this. Jokes on you Janet, a manager should have known better to handle a customer. You definitely don't deserve your position. Doctors and other staff were very kind and knowledgeable but one star for Janet and her customer service.

I’m really disappointed in America’s best. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Last year I had VSP insurance and no one ever told me it was out of network. Then on Monday I took off from work for my appointment that I made over the phone. I showed up and was told that my insurance was out of network. They didn’t bother to tell me when I told them on the phone when making the appointment or anything. I took off from work, drove to the appointment and then was told. I used to work in the medical field and I would have gotten into big trouble setting an appointment without telling the patient that it is out of network for them. I cancelled my appointment and just ordered contacts while I was there and paid out of pocket because I am out of contacts. While I was ordering them, another woman came in and I could hear that she had VSP as well….and NO ONE told her it was out of network until she got there. I find it rude, unprofessional and not a good way to run a business. I will not be referring anyone to americas best anymore and I will not be returning. I will find another eye doctor who cares about their patients and their time.

This is one of the best America’s best I have been to. Despite having an issue on my first visit, and not wanting to come back. The very next day without me even calling yet to speak to a manger, the manger Christina and Janet gave me a call to apologize for any inconvenience and set me up with a new appointment. Their apology felt very genuine and real. It made me want to give this location another try. My second appointment was amazing, and friendly! From the check in point to seeing a tech, the dr, and checking out, my appointment was quick, smooth, and joyful experience. Thank you!

My experience here was wonderful! I am traveling and forgot my contacts. When I called frazzled Jennifer was very understanding and able to get me in the same morning. There was hardly any wait and the screening was quick. Dr. Cardales is knowledgeable and through, very patient and accommodating throughout the exam. Beth was helpful and gave me good advice for future contact purchases! The total cost for exam and contacts was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend this location!

My wife and I have been in several times. Wait times have been short. Everyone who worked with us has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Exams and time with the doctor were helpful and informative. We think Miriam is awesome. I see negative reviews here, and it surprises me. All good from our experience!
