I had a great experience coming into Mastria Volkswagen of Raynham. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming and friendly. My lease was up and I was exploring my options. I worked primarily with John who made the experience as seamless as possible. He was very attentive and helpful even when I had questions after leaving the dealership. Once Again I had one amazing experience with sales lady Linda A. She graciously worked so hard to find my the exact color Munro SL I wanted. She taught me the new features and spent time with me never pushing me into anything. Each time I have bought with Linda I always feel as though she goes the extra to satisfy my needs. It took 6 months to find the truck I wanted--blacked-out, Ram 1500 Limited with the Hemi 5.7L engine and all the techy bells and whistles--including the RamBox option. This was a serious upgrade to my V6 Honda Ridgeline that wouldn't pull my snowmobile trailer this winter. Drove 1-1/2 hours to Raynham to look at it and was blown away. The staff at McGee was uber-helpful--thank you, Ingrid! My sales assoicate, Manny Williams, was terrific--pure professional, helping us navigate the hassles of buying a vehicle out-of-state. When all was said and done, he drove the car to my city hall and made the swap to take away my old Honda. I guarantee I drove away from that exchange happier than he did returning to Raynham--pulls my boat or snowmobile trailer without a problem! I will definitely consider making the drive to Raynham for my next vehicle! ~Scott

Great place with great mechanics and Carlton is very nice and knowledgeable and is very detail oriented when it comes to diagnosing vehicles. Always willing to help and putting its customers first. Great place have been going for years and will continue to do so. they also offer credit card financing with up to 12 months no interest which has certainly helped me out many times as well as building my credit can’t recommend this place enough. This location was awesome. I was having trouble with my virtual card for payment and they went above and beyond to help me to get it to work! Took over 45 minutes but in the end they figured it out for me. They were quick and fast with getting my new tires on my old rims and the price wasn't bad at all. Definitely one of the friendliest places I’ve been to. I missed my appointment due to an issue with the tow truck and it was no problem, they told me I could come whenever I could and they’d take care of me.
