They put 2 quarts of oil over what my car holds thank god I had appointment at Kia dealer after they had to drain it and redo the oil change . Unbelievable I can’t believe that’s a big mistake that could of caused severe engine problems makes me wonder now if this was happening right along that’s why my car was running so lousy to begin. Went in for an oil change and of course they checked all the fluids and air filters as a courtesy. Thankfully the tech checked my cabin air filter because he pulled out an old mouse nest which the dealer I bought the car from a few months the ago failed to locate before I drove it off the lot. The nest was pretty old so very unlikely it happened after I purchased the vehicle given it was summer. Prompt courteous and overall great experience. I had an oil change and my front brake pads and rotors replaced today and was in an out in an hour. They took me right in when I arrived and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Great professional service. Following covid-19 guidance. Workers were very honest and did not try to unnecessary upsell. For the first time in my oil change career the technician pulled out my air filter showed it to me and said it did not need to be changed, not the same as your average jiffy/quick lube. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Please understand it is not the person or personnel, they do not really understand what a helicoil is! General Motors manufactured some Vehicles where they had to Helicoil the drain plug on the oil pan. Thing got messed up and I lost all my oil. Fortunately, I lost it all in my driveway.
