DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEYS EVER! I ordered a brand new dining set and this is what arrived. Butchered, dirty, and lopsided stools. Not to mention this was not the color I wanted. I’ve tried getting a hold of a manger from the store in Burbank and I was just put on hold forever. I’ve been getting the run around for over a week. Got a hold of the “supervisor of customer service today” and she was a total b****. She never asked for my name or number. I tried explaining my frustration to her, but she barley spoke any English and she clicked on me. Don’t bother buying your furniture from this horrible company. You’re better off buying from offer up since Ashely’s wants to sell dirty and broken furniture. ~Desirae

Orlando and the person he was training treated my son and I with a great smile. Orlando informed me about some specials and also told me that he would be around if I needed him, which I loved because he gave me my space. Orlando is very knowledgeable and patient. The trainee was also very helpful, specially when it came to son. She played and kept him busy while Orlando and I were completing the transaction. I am so grateful for them both.
