Only reason I'm even giving you 2 stars is for price and inventory.
My first impression Big O' Tires is that when you request a service, they will not provide it. Even after you ask them about it in the end. Such an impression doesnt warrant my trust. What if I requested service on something like my brakes? Would the job only be partially completed as well?
I scheduled and appointment for 12PM. This was for one rear tire and an alignment. I waited 1.75 hrs for you to even begin working on my car. I received 1 tire without valve cap. No alignment or inspection was done."free alignment check" is a lie.
After receiving my invoice I asked "so how was the alignment?" and received a "ohhh you wanted one done?" I heard mention of my vehicles alignment request while two techs were moving my vehicle into the shop. However, one of the two techs shook his head no. Why didn't they perform one? Too behind schedule for someone who only bought one tire, maybe?
My younger brother is a college student. He had a blowout while driving home(from Nor Cal) for spring break. I bought his replacement tire and wished to get his car aligned. I told the employee at the front desk this when I handed him my keys.
I apologize for the length of this feedback. I really do hope it helps you provide trust worthy service to future customers.
