The Cricket wireless staff at the Southland mall are rude! Especially Luci or whatever her name is. Won't recommend anyone to stop by this freaking place. If anything go to the one on Santa Clara, staff here are super friendly and helpful! ~valentina

Very sweet staff.. I was suspect at first because BBQ in the bay is hit or miss...This was in Point! Simple menu allowed for tasting everything. The price was good. Fair price for meal portions. Sauces were great. ~Annette
