I got approved and was excited about getting a new sectional and bed room set & had a deliver date set up and the time was 10am-12pm after I hadn’t heard anything I called and they said it would be 2pm-4pm after waiting till 3:30 & being late to work I called and they said they were just loading it up so I had to get someone to come and wait for me so I could get to work. So they called abt 4:10 and said they were there I told them the situation and they said if no one was there by 4:30 they would leave. The person I had to come let them in was there at exactly 4:30 and they had already left. When my friend called they said they couldn’t come back and I would need to to see about rescheduling, so I called about rescheduling and they said they refunded my money 😭😭 I had already sold my other furniture to get the new furniture. I’m very disappointed.

This is our 3rd time purchasing an item from Buddy's. The staff are always super kind and accommodating. They have the best prices in town. The store manager helped us get what we needed. I believe her name is Kayla. She's very friendly and definitely knows what she's doing. We will definitely continue to be customers.

Anthony was a great help super helpful caring nice guy helped me and my boyfriend get furniture for our first apartment together and made sure our payments were gunna be comfortable with us and really made us feel like we were being taken care of loved doing business here

The staff has the best up beat attitudes when you walk in the store. The lady was just as peachy. The manger was so helpful with answers. I have enjoyed doing business with then and plan on buying more stuff

Very professional staff with good quality products. Helped us out when we needed to fill a house with furniture in time for Christmas and couldn't find what we needed elsewhere. Comfy mattress; great quality. Delivered on Christmas Eve! Recommended highly!
