Debra was working the bank by herself today and she was absolutely killing it. I just switched from Wells Fargo because of how slow they where along with bad service (Wells Fargo on62nd and greenfield) they don’t move as fast as Debra and they have 3-4 people working. Thank you for your fast prompt and kind service Debra!

There is a simple interior of bank without some luxury decorations if to compare with other areas. However, I would say a lot of thanks to people who work there. Very professional and polite. Additional thanks to Reginald York who helped us with our question.

Lousy and lazy 👎🏾! Saturday today try to open savings account at 1:30pm they close at 2 ! One of banker told me 30 to 35?mins wasn’t doing nothing at all just sitting down with another banker 🤷🏿♀️! Really a customer who does that it was enough time to start

I've been with Chase for years and they've treated me good. Very friendly and helpful. Lines are sometimes long but they have a 24hr atm across the street. One time I have a rejected check and they waved the fee for me. Very nice, just ask.

Chase Bank lives up to their name! I have been CHASING my money since I’ve been a customer of Chase Bank! Lines are egregiously long! The seating for waiting to speak with a banker are so dirty you’d think they picked them up from the garbage dump! Shame on you Chase Bank! With all the fees you charge I’d think you’d have enough money to have those seats cleaned 😡.

This place is terrible. Wait in line along with 10 others and then come to find out that there is only one teller on a Saturday morning... 25 minutes start to finish. You would think that corporate would realize how terrible this location is.. never coming back again!!! Good bye
