Went in to print invitations I made on Canva. It was my first time doing that and I had a few questions. Alex was super knowledgeable and guided me through exactly what I needed and was very friendly. Invitations were printed on the spot and I was in and out in no time. I am so glad I went in to the store versus ordering online. Great experience!

I mean what is there to say, the store looked like it was closing down, and not going to be there much longer, to be fair I only spent 30 cents there, so maybe I’m the reason. I saw a few employees but no one said anything to me. One of the two printers was offline. But I got done what was needed and nothing much went wrong.

I have done business with this company and this store for years. I really have not had any problems with those areas, hence the 2 stars. The printing section however is a joke. I needed a small booklet bound. I walked up to the counter where I waited about 10 minutes before the worker got off the phone to ask what he could help me with. I told him I needed one booklet bound. He said he could not do it right then. I said I could come back. It was 3 hours till closing. I was informed he could not get to it that day at all. He said he had several orders ahead of me. I have had things bound there before and waited on them right at that very store, so I know they can do that. There were other employees in the store who were not busy. It was a Tuesday. He literally could have done the job in the amount of time he took on the phone, or the amount of time he took to explain to me why he could not. When I was browsing the store, and when I left the store, the employee was on the telephone. I bought the supplies I needed and will bind it myself. For reference, I worked in retail for years, and specifically, I worked at a printing shop, so I know what I am saying is fact. It is ridiculous in person customers do not take priority over telephone calls.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely needed help with printing something in the store. Guy at printer section was less than willing to assist, not even giving tangible advice, and even going so far as to inform us to "do it yourself". Wasted money on copies that we unsuccessfully tried. They were not busy; they just didn't wish to help. Do not go here for making copies, or anything for that matter.

I love the option of ordering almost all products for pick up at my local store, or electing home delivery. Store personnel are always friendly and helpful.

I hate that I didn't catch the gentleman's name that checked me out but he has long, beautiful hair (if that helps to identify him) but he was so kind and helpful. He got me signed up for rewards to save on my purchase, explained everything in detail and got me out of there within minutes. I had to come back later on that evening to print something and he recognized me and greeted me. May not seem like a big deal, but the customer service of that store is impeccable!!

The print department is great! With the many print jobs I have, these guys are always polite, helpful, attentive to detail and always prompt at getting your prints to you. Alex is great, and always takes the time to help as they always do at this location! Thanks for the great customer service!

Bought a second printer for my business yesterday and as always the kind folks that work here were super helpful, knowledgable, and extremely friendly. This is not your typical "retail store of 2022" where everyone's just staring at their cell phones, has no idea about the product, or cares to engage you and assist when you're obviously looking for something you can't find. Kudos to this location!! I wish I remembered their names... the last guy that helped me had long hair and was younger, yesterday was a 50s something gentleman with a short haircut. What a great team you guys have over there!

My printer went out yesterday evening (Saturday) while filing taxes!! I went online to find a replacement, (something none of our stores seem to have in stock anymore). I found two that I wouldn't mind having. I live in a small town, so we only have two stores we can buy a printer from, Office Depot and a competitor. On the competitor's website, one printer I was really wanting, was only available at a store 45 miles from me, and they only had one in stock. I didn't have enough time to make it to that store before it closed, and wasn't very thrilled to drive 90 miles for it (with both the time it will take and the gas prices). I decided to try my luck at our local Office Depot. The site showed local pickup available. I called to be sure and the rep was so friendly. Not only did he tell me that there were two in stock, he even offered to put one back so I could just go pick it up! He didn't give me the usual, "If you purchase it online, we will be able to give it to you once you come in." When we arrived to make the purchase, he had it behind the counter and was happy to see me. Great job fellas!!
