I went into Best Buy, expecting to spend maybe 30 minutes looking at car audio equipment. I was wrong by a long shot! I was immediately assisted by Chris Soto within 5 minutes of browsing, and he was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. We probably talked for an hour and a half on what was best for my needs. He gave me honest opinions on the products we looked at and made sure I knew everything about it and what I needed. He was even kind enough to show me his stereo set up in his car! We returned the following day, and he had everything saved on my account ready to buy and helped with a smooth and quick transaction. Chris most definitely went above and beyond with his customer service, and I highly recommend him for any questions you have, especially regarding stereo setups!

We had EXCELLENT customer service from Hersh and Ryan buying a TV and getting new screen savers for our phones! They took the time to explain which TV would be the best for us after we left another large retailer who said they didn’t know much about the TV’s they sold. We will definitely be back again to this Best Buy!

This is a great store with a great staff. If you have a question about tech, look for Jarret. He is worth the wait when so many stores are understaffed, and his product knowledge is very much appreciated.

I went looking for two standard PC power cables. They had 1 of them, but didn't carry the second one. I couldn't find anyone who could help me for like 10min. I paid 16 dollars for the one cable - and turned to Amazon for the second one. It cost me 6 dollars and I saw the other cable for 7 dollars... They really aren't leaving many reasons aside from a couple of household appliances to continue to shop there.

We were ready to buy a dishwasher that showed in stock in Anderson, SC 7-15-22. Went straight to that area. 3 guys were standing around chatting. Finally got someone over. Zach was a tech expert not really interested in anything we asked. Zero personality. On line was inaccurate of stock availability. We snapped pictures ourselves to look up capabilities of what Best Buy had in stock. Asked his name so we could come back and get him to assist with the sale. Said “we don’t work on commission.” I said but you already know our needs. Don’t worry. I will never ask anyone in that part of appliances to help me again. Next place we went, we bought! Cost more, but EXCELLENCE in customer service!!

Sometimes great service from knowledgeable associates but, you have to go looking for them, thet very seldom approach you first. That's fine if you're tech savvy, I am not. Although I'm quickly learning, thanks to the few smart guys I've managed to find there, who really know their business.
