Im very disappointed with the management personal and administrative finance group who "help" me in this situation. I went to Mexico, i lost my card and when i realized i had a purchase for $880.64, the amount was after a purchase of .89 cents in a market place. I called the phone line and they filled me a report and requested a new card. For my luck i had no card no money in my trip coming back, the flight got delayed and i didn't had any money or card to change it. I called a 2nd time and this time a different person helped me asking me to go in person to fill a claim about this charge, since im gonna be there a few days after the purchase was made, i called a 3rd time and a representative of this bank on this location answered, i ask about the claim i have ti fill and letting them know my status, he agreed with me and in this call he confirmed that after this claim i get my money back. I get to the bank and the lady on front told me this: Lady- Sir? Your claim was already prosecuted and i can tell you because i have the letter here. It says decline since the purchase was made with the card. Me My card got stolen, you charged me for a new one and i been this hole time with you in the phone. How you are gonna tell me come and fill a report for me to get here and tell me that the report was fill and prosecuted by someone who decides to let someone stole my card and get my $$. After she told me what the letter says she was very rude treating me like i didn't know English. Repeating the same explanation 2 or 3 times. Whe. I got a complete hole different story from the call center. Im gonna tell you if you reading this, go to Chase bank, go to wells Fargo, choose a different bank, because if you go on a trip, even if you tell them you are goin, they are not gonna protect your saves from the people who spent their lives stealing from tourist. The bank doesn't even can find the place, they don't find where this place is located, and still they don't want to do their job how was promised on all of those promotions. My money is not secured in tri city bank.

Incredibly rude and not helpful. Takes forever to deposit money into account and online banking doesn’t work. Go to ANY other bank before this one.

I been going through this bank for years. Always great friendly staff. Today not so much. The 3 lady's working today could use a class in customer service. Wasn't even towards me it was towards the old lady asking questions about her account next to me and all the girls were laughing at her and told her to get lost basically. I definitely be calling corporate to report how these lady's acted. Truly disgusting

Called corporate after receiving monthly statement with service fees for an inactive savings account...basically told that, to bad so sad, we sent you a letter in January stating our policy changes!!!! I didn't get the letter, and they won't credit my account for the $15 worth of fees. Closing the account!
