Have been trying to make an appointment to open a savings account for my son for a month. Every time I call this branch, no matter what time of the day I call, it goes to voicemail and online there is no support to assist.

I give Chase Bank Zero starts. If you have a buyer looking to buy a home I DO NOT recommend Chase Bank. Blows deadlines, Never closes on time, everyone passes the buck, funding issues, wire issue and the list goes on and on. Steer Clear of Chase bank for your home lending needs.

Always just cant do anything for you but trying to help. Requested a new debit card and my son likes Micky mouse so I asked for the Micky mouse card, but was told I have to close my account if I want a card with my information printed on their. Maybe they were lazy? Definitely looking into other banks

They wouldn't close my account because I didnt have my debit card with me. It didnt matter I had my passport, military ID and several different forms of ID, so they closed my savings account and said I would get a check in the mail. Did I mention I had to wIt over 2 hours to be told I couldn't close my acvount! Going into day 9, not only have they not closed my savings account, my check hasn't even been made yet. All they want to do is hold onto your money for as long as possible. I will never bank here again, no matter if they do a promotion for free 2,000 dollars. It's not worth it, worst bank ever!

I went to the bank today to open a savings account, this was about 11:30 AM, we waited about 45 minutes. I believe it was a Mr. Vazquez or Velasquez, who says I can help you. We told him we wanted to open a savings account, immediately he told us there too busy everything is full, so we would need to come back another day, why couldn't he tell us that there too busy in the waiting room. It was a waist of time.

They removed drive up banking which is fine by me, except the atms that have replaced tellers only work half the time! And the wait if you have to go in is insane! Update: Taco Bell drive thru at bar time is shorter then waiting in the ATM line at Chase bank.

The branch itself is modern, which is great, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. We showed up at 5:15p (branch closes at 6p) and there were two people ahead of us in line to see a banker (we were there to open an additional account). We put our name on the list and at 5:25p were told that they wouldn't be able see us today and that we should make an appointment for a different day. That level of customer service seems incredibly weak. It's possible I don't know the particulars of the operations of the branch, but if it were my business and I had a customer waiting, with 30 min left until close, I would never send them home.

Just walked out of this bank. I walked in and was told there will be a little bit of a wait because the tellers were busy. Which fine acceptable. The manager said well it will be about a half hour. There were 5 different tellers/accountants included the manager available. People were walking in and out of the bank getting helped instantly. All I needed to do was transfer accounts due to losing my checks. And also sue to the fact chase doesn't keep records of written checks after so many years which is why I have to change my account. The manager straight up said that he's the manager that he doesn't deal with those types of things and that he couldn't help me. After waiting about 45 minutes was told 3 different times someone will be with you in just a minute. I finally just walked out after 5 other people were helped before me even though I was there before them.
