I called and I explained my situation I need copies of my checks for court the lady put me on hold I'll be right back she said and then she hung up on me I called back immediately and it said they're overwhelmed with calls so I tried for 2 hours I fully believe she just hung up on me because she didn't want to do it the situation very lazy very unprofessional I am leaving this Bank and if I could give you a zero I definitely would you're worthless

If I could give 0 stars I would. All I wanted to do was change the name on my account to my married name. Easy enough. I checked to see what I needed, site was unclear, but figured since I have my new government issued ID, all would be good! Nope, the lady behind the counter needs to see the marriage licence. WHY? Not her business. I could have changed it for other reason, none of which are their business. Government ID should be enough as they used all the legal paperwork to change my name on my ID. Mind you I waited 45 mins for them to turn me away. So I go back in on Monday to get my name changed. Now there are 4 people working and no customers and none of which can help. I told her if I have to come back I'm pulling all my money out. Looks like that's what I'm doing. I have another account through a credit union and they gladly took my ID, changed my name, gave me a new card, and all within 15 mins! BYE US Bank!

The Branch Employees here are unknowledgeable. I asked the teller questions regarding the ATM and she couldn't answer them while rudely rushing me off the dt lane, she didn't even say Thank You #basicmanners. One of the bankers incorrectly answered questions regarding an IRA and another banker lied about a stop payment. This branch is bad news. Please rehire a whole new staff or close the branch down. Thank you

Terrifying experience. I was robbed $800 from their ATM machine outside, and there is possibly little to zero care from anyone at US Bank, learning they are quite the corrupt corporation, even during a pandemic, zero cares. I went to their ATM service on 8/25/20, trying to deposit $2500 in $100 bills, well the machine registered I deposited $2500, and it went to deposit but then started choking on my money, and tried to spit it. Well it failed and ate $800. It gave me a claims ticket so I could start a claim. That claim has been rejected 3 times now. There has been zero information provided to me except I can reopen the claim and the bankers have zero information on why it's rejected. An absolute joke at best. I will attempt to reopen the claim for a 4th time, while going through the same emotionless generic support person that doesn't seem to care at all I've been robbed of $800. I expect this fourth round to be no different. My family has been lifelong US Bank customers and I'll most likely be switching to Landmark or another banking service that hopefully has real humans behind it.

Do not go to this location. I just spent 45 minutes in line and then it took over ten minutes for the teller to deposit ONE check for me. I could’ve driven to the nearest competing bank and opened an account and deposited my check there in a shorter amount of time. I happened to be on a half hour lunch break which is always more than enough time for me to deposit one check. So not only did I not get to eat my lunch because I needed to deposit a check but I was almost half an hour late getting back to work and was reprimanded. This was by far the slowest experience I’ve ever had at a US bank location in the over 15 years I’ve been banking with US bank. Other locations are able to process deposits and keep their lines moving just fine during the pandemic so I don’t understand why this location is so subpar. I asked the teller why it took so long to deposit and I did not get a reply.

Worked on several occasions sending wires with Dakisha. She works expediently, efficiently, professionally and always with a smile. Makes banking wires painless and much easier than I ever recall them being in the past! Highly recommend this banker, for her knowledge and genuine concern for her work!

The ATM is constantly broken or blocked by people using the drive through tellers. Switching my checking to a bank with reliable and accessible ATMs.

Jessica blanco is currently the manager and I am appalled!! I made a $20000 deposit..which to my face..she said she knew I borrowed that money to put into my account so it looked like I had money!! I actually own 4vehicles ..2 motorcycles and two homes 100%..I don’t even have a small loan..she made this comment before even seeing my account..she made the assumption based on my appearance..I also had $40000 to set up an account for my children..which I mentioned to her..but after being there for over an hr and having her repeatedly disrespect me I decided I’ll do business at the credit union that I have my other account setup at..needless to say I was on the phone with corporate before I walked out of the door. If you do use US Bank..I suggest going to their Racine location..super amazing people there!! They even offer you a bottle of water..fast and courteous over there. And unlike Howell location..you won’t stand in line for an hr..

ATM is accessible by car. The lobby is closed due to COVID19 so there is generally a wait for drive thru service. This can cause a wait for the ATM because it's in the same lane as the window for business banking.
