The customer service is very unprofessional and extremely rude upfront and in the Pharmacy. They are never polite. There are actually 3 polite cashiers. The 2 in the a.m. and only 1 in the p.m but thats a hit and miss shopping quest! Very dissatisfied!!

Pharmacy had scrip all day, marked as filling it online at 5:50 and then told me it wasn’t ready and they were closing when I got to the store right before 6:00. Would not recommend.

The store is fine. I'm reviewing only for the photo department. I went in two months ago to develop photos and to convert a home video VHS from year 2001 of mine and my sister's childhood to DVD, the two girls that worked there understandably didn't know how to do it and said they'd have their manager take care of it, and to come back in three weeks. I came back three weeks later, they'd developed the photos but one of the girls I talked to before said that they didn't know where the DVDs were, she was really helpful, apologetic to something that wasn't her fault, and wrote my number down AGAIN. He/She still hasn't ever called me, still doesn't have the DVDs. I had to reach out to support at Walgreens and end up going to the website that makes them, luckily THEY had my videos downloaded to a cloud, and I was able to purchase them online from there, sad thing is the website was apparently on a timeline, and would have deleted my home videos if I hadn't reached out to them when I did. Moral of the story, never use the photo department for anything but pictures. I almost lost my childhood videos thanks to Walgreens.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Every time I go in there is "something wrong" with my insurance and it takes ages to pick up a prescription. I've been trying to get time sensitive meds from them for 3 days and haven't been able to contact the pharmacy and when I went in to inquire they told me to come back later because their system couldn't connect to my insurance. I just waited on the phone for 20 minutes and then just was hung up on while on hold. They are impossible to get ahold of! The staff is rude and I've only ever met like 2 helpful people there. I've given Walgreens chance after chance and now I'm just going to stop using them. It should not be this hard to get my meds! Really disappointing.

If you are not trying to get Covid shots...this is a great pharmacy. Prices for many things are pretty high...but this is the charge for convenience. You can get in and out fairly quickly.

January 11 at 7pm. The gentleman who is working the register at this time is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. He is so negative every single time I have an interaction with him. Management needs to have a conversation with this person and tell him to change his poor attitude.

On October 29, 2021, I scheduled an available appointment for a Covid 19 booster online. Upon arrival (15 minutes early as instructed) I was told they honor no same day vaccination appointments. There was absolutely no one waiting. When questioned about the vaccination availability showing online with no 24 hour requirement, I was told they were trying to get the website information changed. However, I see a review left a month ago by Sam, who ran into the same problem. I have made same day appointments for other family members, at different Walgreen locations and have never run into this policy. In case there is ANY type of reimbursement made to Walgreens, I made a same day appointment at WalMart.

We had scheduled appointments to get vaccinated this evening, TIMES THEY MADE AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE. When we got there the pharmacist told us to come back tomorrow because they didn't want to open another vile. Why would you make appointments available and then turn us away when we arrive? No courtesy call to advise us we need to reschedule our appointments. There was a reason we scheduled it at this time. Thanks for nothing Walgreens.

Terrible service! I went to go pick up my prescriptions they told me they couldn’t find anything on file. Five minutes later she came back and then said it wasn’t ready And to pull out of the line and go sit for a couple minutes and get back in line and I will be ready. So I did and got back in line as soon as I got up to the window she put the close sign up look directly at me and walked off. I have asthma and really need my inhaler right now this is completely unacceptable. I’ll be contacting corporate office and the GM in the morning.
